Def 5 stars for Stephanie in the paint dept!
Over the last several months I have had the pleasure of interacting with Stephanie on multiple occasions. Throughout this time, she has always been pleasant, personable and professional, not to mention a wealth of knowledge! She has gone above and beyond to help me in my renovation endeavors, most notably allowing me to bring in a 30+ year old door casing that I have struggled to figure out the color / product it was treated with, but desperately needing to replicate as it is used throughout my entire house! Stephanie devoted a significant amount of time and effort into figuring out a damn near perfect match!
(Thank goodness!!)
The bottom line is that she is an absolute pleasure to work with, makes her customers feel valued, and is definitely an asset to Aubuchon!

Eric and Steph were a big help tonight. We had ordered a part thinking it was in stock at the Clinton mass store only to find out it wasn’t and it seemed they were not willing to help figure it out. So while we were in Gardner we stopped found the part but we weren’t sure how to handle that purchase. We had charged it online. So Eric offered to call the Clinton store but they were not able to help. In the meantime time Steph used my purchase order and canceled the transaction. Ace in Gardner is truly the helpful hardware store. Thanks so much. Deb and bob

I was looking for an uncommon item and was helped to find where it was. I was greeted at the door and that employee had another employee help me. I appretiated the help, professionalism and friendly employees working that day.

Since Ace hardware has been added to Aubuchon, the service is poor and very disorganized. Special orders delayed and never received, employees are confused on how to find your order. So disappointing.
