“My name is Carolyn Hamel at gfa in Gardner mass. My teller was Sam Brody she was very nice and efficient. I would like to be able to give her a tip. Your policy does not permit any tipping and I would like for you to change that policy. She’s a great employee. I’ve been banking here for 20 years and would hate to go to a different bank.”
“I should've done this a long time ago, better late than never. I switched from athol savings bank to TD bank and for the first time in years I can have an intelligent conversation with level headed individuals. Thanks for the weight and stress reduction TD bank ! ::))”
“When we moved to Gardner from the Boston area in the late 1960s, this is the bank my parents chose. By the time I reached high school I was employed there before graduating. It then became my first bank and eventually after moving to Worcester and getting a new bank, I moved back to Gardner and it has been my bank ever since. They are one of only a few banks not gobbled up by conglomerates. In a time of eroded Trust in nearly all systems, I trust Fidelity.”
“The staff at the Workers Gardner branch is absolutely amazing and are always helpful and welcoming!
They have great new options for small business lending that I am excited to learn more about.”

“With the merge happening between ASB and Cornerstone, I had issues with my account access so I went to the Gardner branch. When I got there the line was surprisingly long (I assume because others had the same issue as I did, got locked out of account). I got to the counter and spoke to Bethany who promptly addressed every issue I was having. With a smile and a positive attitude. I feel much better about the merge now that she explained things. Thank you!!!!”
“Opened up a CD and savings account - much better rates than our present commercial bank offers. Hannah in Gardner was wonderful, efficient, and explained all our options fully and clearly. Overall, a most pleasant experience!”
