One of my favorite breakfast places along the route to corridor. Recommended highly and always try their homemade hash.

The only thing I don't like is when there is no parking and the place is full mostly around 11:00am the weekends and I have to go back to the house to make breakfast. LoL :D other than that everything is perfect!!!! I love this

New ownership and new dishes! Good: As mentioned above, the usual favorites and some exciting new things. Definitely worth a visit especially if you have not been since the new ownership Bad: Service is either fantastic or meh. It seems to depend on if the owners are present. Ugly: N/A

Undercooked waffles, scrambled eggs are egg beaters, and they messed up my daughter's meal to the point it was unedible. With highly undercooked home fries to top it off. Train car is cool, but if you're looking for a good meal go elsewhere...

I really loved this place. Discovered it today while passing through Gardner. Place has great energy and loved my plum muffin. Coffee gave me a mean (in a good way) fast rush. Railway Diners, I have always had a soft spot for but this one is special. Although they denote that they have been in operation since 1949, my research reveals it was the Miss Town Diner from 1949-1954 where thereafter it was moved to Gardner. The railway car was restored in 1984. So, it became Blue Moon, I am guessing somewhere between 1954-1984. Cute cute place and deserves stronger reviews. Love it!!

Was passing through Gardener and stumbled across Blue Moon Diner and decided to go inside and grab a coffee. Then I saw these Oreo Balls for $1.50 each and got one too because they were practically giving them away at that price. Always was a fan of Bruce Willis and Cybil Shepherd Blue Moon Detective agency so a diner with the same name has my vote on that alone. Girl working the counter was kind of flat and unfriendly but her mom who was also working had great energy and a nice smile. She helped me get a tshirt as a souvenir.

Typical diner menu, due to the happy ? atmosphere of diners and staff, We enjoyed our lunch even more. The hustle is interesting to watch when they are so busy… Definitely will return and recommend it to fellow Diner lovers…

There is a lot to unpack at this tiny diner. The brunette older woman cooking is absolutely phenomenal. she has a great personality. she is the only reason i am giving two stars. the food can be outstanding or terrible depending on your order. plan to wait over an hour at times though. you can tell they get overwhelmed and more focused on takeout than actual customers. should probably stop takeout or get a larger space. it is tiny tiny here. the blonde that takes your order is a huge bitch every single time we are here. beware asking her for anything at all that really bugs her. the younger kids that deliver the food are alright. i have visited on multiple occasions. do not sit in the back. at all costs it always smells like a huge shit. people definitely live above or below as there are kids running in and out of doors going up and downstairs and running around in the diner. stopped going because it is not even worth the hastle. used to drive an hour for this place.

I didn't like the flavor of the home fries. They tasted like the oil or butter used to grill them was bad....Two scrambled, potatoes and toast, $5.25 is a great deal. And I will allow that the home fries could be just me.The help was friendly and efficient. Place got VERY busy at nine o'clock. They have a back section sooooo everyone gets to sit, but food production struggled to keep up.
