The staff at CVS has always been polite and helpful when I have gone there, whether it is the pharmacy or the retail section.

I am extremely frustrated with the Gardner CVS pharmacy. Despite having a valid prescription from my doctor, they refused to fill it, citing a supposed store policy that limits prescriptions to 60 mg per day. This arbitrary policy is not aligned with my doctor’s medical judgment or my specific needs. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve had the exact same prescription filled at another CVS location without any issue. If CVS locations have differing policies for the same medications, this needs to be communicated clearly and consistently. Patients deserve better than to be turned away arbitrarily, especially when they rely on these medications for their health. I’ll be taking my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy in the future.

They deserve 0 stars. Why can’t I just speak to the pharmacists and get customer service when needed, why do I have to leave a message? Imagine a person not technologically savvy just trying to be able to get a simple question in the moment answered? I called front of store and person there laughed and said good luck, “I’ll put you on hold but they won’t answer?” What type of medical care is this? Why doesn’t the rest of the store or night shift employees get to close the entire operation for a half hour every shift? They can treat people as horribly as they want because they know customers ultimately need them.

If you cannot purchase cold medicine through the drive-thru, then you should take down the sign AT the drive-thru saying you can. Ridiculous

Terrible pharmacy. They never informed me a medication was on back order. Last I heard they were expediting the order. I called two hours later and found out from the automated service that they do not have the medication in stock. This is an antibiotic for my young child. Now it’s later in the day and I’m scrambling to get meds from another pharmacy before the office closes and the other pharmacy closes.

Drive-thru usually has long lines but your prescriptions are always on time

This pharmacy is beyond ridiculous. Three times I received text messages saying my prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and it’s not ready and the lady tells me 20 minutes. I couldn’t go back. I go back the next day and they just told me the same thing. Oh, I’m sorry. Give us 20 minutes. Never mind the fact I received text messages saying that my prescription was ready for pick up so yet again because I have to work. I can’t get my heart medication. The lady at the counter through the drive-through window was very rude claiming I was yelling at her , lady if i was yelling, trust me, you would know it. I don’t have the capability to yell I have vocal cord damage. I no longer trust this facility to handle my medication’s. So at 8 AM in the morning when there’s absolutely nobody there, it still takes 20 minutes to get a prescription one that doesn’t need measured and filled

The leave a voice mail to talk to someone has to be the dumbest finance bro move I have seen in a while. It's trash does not listen asks you to repeat your self 10 times then doesn't do what you ask and starts over.

Getting a covid shot at cvs is so quick and easy. Don’t wait until it is to late, get one now. Very easy to sign up on the app or walk in.

Pharmacy’s in general, just stink, especially when you have a seizure disorder and you need to take medication that has ridiculous protocols that you have to follow and they don’t let you refill it and then you sit here and you have seizures.

Worst experience with these staff, there’s two there that are great but it’s not enough, you can’t even speak directly with pharmacy staff now, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back which in all 3 times I’ve done that, I never got a call back, had to call the prescribers line to speak to someone and they still wanted to avoid speaking but I was able to finally speak and be heard. In more than one occasional I have had prescriptions under filled or filled with the wrong medication, I was getting an antihistamine instead of my prescription for 3 months. The staff are all rude (except the two) they talk to you as if you’re an inconvenience, they are always out of stock and back ordered for months on medications. one time they mailed my prescription to someone else’s house and i didn’t order a delivery. I am so done with this pharmacy, it’s gone down the drain. I’ve switched to a small family run pharmacy who happen to never be out of stock or back ordered. When having my scripts transferred so far it’s taken me 4 attempts to get them over to the new pharmacy. The receiving pharmacy says they aren’t sending them over which I’m not surprised at all.

I downloaded their app and paid the yearly fee so I could get my drugs delivered. It worked once. I got a new prescription and the app doesn't work. I called to find out if I couldn't get it delivered and got their "voice mail" system. CVS has gotten worse than the cable companies for customer service.

Why can’t you just stagger your lunches like every other business does instead of shutting down completely for an entire hour each day….

By the far the WORST CVS pharmacy I have ever had to use. Conflicting information, inconsistent policies, and bad reporting. Be prepared to be confused and inconvenienced.

Let me say if I could give it a lower star I would give zero. The pharmacy staff would not help us with our prescription and interrupted me several times and then said I had an attitude and hung up on me. They must be a Count-ry music fan
