Pharmacist experience at CVS has been great.
Would like to suggest we have a week where clients write prescriptions for the pharmacist or you close off the local street and have hospital bed team races.

CVS pharmacy has completely gone downhill I have had my prescriptions there for many many many many many many many many many many years but now it takes forever to get a prescription. And now you can't talk to a person in the pharmacy you have to leave a message and their app is horrible I can call the 800 number every single time I use the app to get my prescription delivered and I have a care card Plus. They need to hire some more help in the pharmacy or they need to train them better and they never shut a window when there's one person left in queue at lunch time they should take care of the person or persons that were in line prior to the lunch break

Have two issues here. First, let me say they were quick 15 min for two prescriptions, and the fella that was at the drop off was great. But, watched one of the ladies pick up and poke a liquid med with what looked like a long letter opener, then set it down in the counter next to herself. Didn't wipe it off before or after use or use something disposable. Now, if the next person's meds she poked was allergic to the first, would that not be cross contamination even just using it in the first place without cleaning it. And with 11 or 12 staff they all take lunch at the same time!? They can't split it between them all? Maybe it's me but if I drive here trying to get a needed med and everyone is on lunch I'd be upset.

Always a long wait in the drive thru, and I don’t think it’s entirely their fault, but I think they should definitely make consults go inside instead of holding up the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes at a time.
I noticed they take way longer to fill scripts than they used to. Used to be a really great pharmacy, didn’t take them forever to fill scripts and was always in and out of the drive thru, now I always have to go inside and people get upset when others in the drive thru line are blocking them because the drive thru line gets so long it goes into the street and blocks the parking lot.

CVS on Main St. in Gardner , MA has been the pharmacy I have chosen to use over the last 42 years and the pharmacists and techs are outstanding !!. They are all kind, caring , thoughtful and have great senses of humor . When I am sick and retrieving my medications , the healing process begins with them and interactions I have with the staff is the start of my feeling better . The general staff at CVS are wonderful !! Some of them have been employed at this CVS for quite awhile and it is always a pleasure to see them ! They are extremely helpful , kind and patient ! I wouldn’t even think of changing to another pharmacy and thank you for all you do !!

Do not use this pharmacy if you ever want to get a prescription within hours. Every time I go here the expedite it tell me 15 minutes. I wait over an hour just from the tell me it's going to be 2 hours longer

The cost of one prescription was high so I asked Karen if they knew of lower costs of the prescription in our area? I had gotten that service in the State of Georgia recently. Karen said “ we do not have time for that. We do 20,000 prescriptions a day here” .
