When we moved to Gardner from the Boston area in the late 1960s, this is the bank my parents chose. By the time I reached high school I was employed there before graduating. It then became my first bank and eventually after moving to Worcester and getting a new bank, I moved back to Gardner and it has been my bank ever since. They are one of only a few banks not gobbled up by conglomerates. In a time of eroded Trust in nearly all systems, I trust Fidelity.

Can not get online staements for my mortgage. In this day and age where EVERYTHING is done online with a cell phone this is just rediculous not to be able to get statements online. If i could give Negative stars it would be a minus 10 for sure. May have to go looking for another bank to deal with. ONLINE STATEMENTS IS A MUST HAVE.
