I'd like to know who's in charge of this town because they're doing nothing. This town is a mess. Gardner's security is terrible, and they're not helpful at all. The worst place to live is Gardner.

Honda financial has sent in several requests showing I don’t live in this city and or state anymore but I was still billed excise tax and it’s been 3 months and Gardner hasn’t even responded to Honda request for excise tax abatement…

Why does Gardner City Hall have a electric car that they don't drive? Like the car sits in a spot that could be used for another electric vehicle. But the bigger question is Isn't that a waste of tax payers money?
