I worked with coaches Chris and Matt through the FitEdge program and fell in love with the challenge of building strength and stamina while creating friendships that still are strong today. They really care about the member holistically and continue to build new programs for members to participate in. In the past 11 years of being a part of this community I have become physically stronger and more confident in my everyday activities. They support their members beyond the time spent in the gym. “I visit this gym from out of town and it is hands down my favorite gym that I use. I am a 53 year old recreational power lifter. This gym is super well equipped--4 deadlift platforms, multiple squat racks, GHD, hip thrust machine, belt squat. Lots of toys to choose from. It's a no frills kind of place, but it's CLEAN and super friendly. I wish I could transport it home with me!”

Nutrition + CrossFit 696 + Fitness Concepts truly is an all in one facility. As a single mom, the kidzone is a LIFE SAVER. I can go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I'm paying $40 for the entire month for 'babysitting' that would otherwise cost me over $1k. The nutrition program and coaching is next level. No matter what you are looking to accomplish, you're going to find someone that can help you do that in this gym. I work from home and the social aspect of the gym is hands down my favorite part.
