I started w getting my brakes fixed. Than I pulled into a cvs and my front bumper went over the cement in the front to stop ppl from driving on the grass and when I backed out I pulled the pins out of my front bumper that hold it up and in place. All I could hear was a rubbing noise as my tire was rubbing against the front bumper. Back to MTM's I went and Mike hooked my front bumper back up the charge was $0.00. Yup nothing they charged me nothing. After that my car started making another weird noise which we couldn't figure out. I ended up taking my car to Mercedes, yes I have a C300. Oddly Mercedes didn't fix it as they said it was my cv axles. MTM replaced both of my cv axles and it still made the noise. Which Mike told me all along it wasn't my axles and I should of listened to him as he was correct. It was my struts, which MTM replaced my struts. Boom, noise gone. My car today runs the best it ever has. It's smooth, fast and everything runs great. This is my third Mercedes and it's very hard to find a garage that 1. Knows how to fix a Mercedes and 2. Won't rip me off. Well after all these years I finally found a garage that stands behind their work and knows what they're doing. MTM. Another plus is that I can call them or txt them and Mike always answers me and will even if it's after hours and he's home, he will take the time to call me and always answers me or gets back to me. If I'm having an issue like the time I pulled my bumper off, he'll tell me to bring it right in. He makes time for me as I'm now a customer. I'm just not used of a garage being so honest and I feel like I've been overcharged at every garage until I found MTM. They genuinely care. I also like that I can drop my car off the night before as they have an after hour key drop. (every garage should have one but surprisingly many do not) I was never asked to write a review but wanted to do something to show how much I appreciate their honestly, knowledge and genuine concern. What better way than to surprise them w an honest and great review of their business. I tell everyone to go there as I want them to stay in Gardner. This girl appreciates the awesome work they do. Thank you MTM. I'm sure I'll see you soon.

Great fast service! They got the job done even though they had to track down a hard to find part for our Jetta. Husband loved the videos they provided ! Would definitely recommend! Thanks so much!

?Yo, this shop is a friggen GEM!? I'm so happy I found them! 'Auto surgeons,' The technicians here are skilled and get the jobs done! Any make/model, Big to small, custom to routine. I'll continue to bring my vehicles here for any and all repairs I'll need and refer my friends and family. It doesn't get any better than the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is getting fixed right by a skilled and honest shop crew. Drop them a line, you will NOT be disappointed. Wicked local in Gardner....the only thing I'm going to be bummed-out about is when I move and my commute to get my car fixed by them is gonna be a damn long one? Well worth it though. Never had a better car mechanic experience. #HappyTravels

I called MTM Auto last week to get an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. They took the time to look up each part in order to give me an accurate estimate, which I appreciated very much. They said that they could fit me in that same week, and in fact I was able to bring my car in the next day. They had ordered the parts the day before, so the work took only about three hours. They texted me when the work was completed, including video clips showing the work they did.They also have a nice waiting area, if you're getting a quick oil change or something, with free coffee. All in all, I highly recommend MTM Auto. They did great work, were personable and thorough, and got everything done very quickly. They even replaced the battery in my key fob for me when they saw a message in the car saying it was low. That's the kind of above-and-beyond service that I truly appreciate. I will definitely be returning the next time I need service!

These guys just saved me over $2k in repairs. Was about to get expensive maintenance done when they made me aware of major issues that outvalued the vehicle itself. Honestly, Mike and team are the fastest, most thorough mechanics I've worked with. I got video texts of the issue as it was diagnosed showing me the problem, along with the quote to fix it. Easy!Maybe MTM stands for "Most Trusted Mechanics"? Good stuff, will recommend!!

Had multiple different jobs done here even had my whole power steering rack and pinion assembly replaced here and all of the work they do is honest and he gives great feedback on what might have to be done later down the road. Very honest and hard working shop, probably one of the only ones to trust in this area by far.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Purchased my own shocks/struts and springs and had them install them on my Jeep Compass. They charged me tax on labor which no other place does. After receiving the vehicle back, there was a loud thumping noise coming from the back of the vehicle. I do not recommend them and I will not be using their services in the future.

I live around the corner from this place. On a whim I went by to see about a new muffler and raise back window which was stuck down. Last things I needed for the inspection sticker. I was quoted a huge price for muffler and other exhaust issues by dealer Rt. 2 Hyundai so I put this off few months. MTM charged way less and it was only muffler that needed to be replaced so the dealer will never see my business again due to trying to scam me. MTM has our business from now on and I can walk home in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and honest mechanics.

Paid a visit to these guys today, I got a good deal, quick diagnosis on what my vehicle needed and the mechanics were very knowledgeable. They are willing to negotiate on pricing to stay on top of the competition. They are extremely motivated and enthusiastic, willing to take jobs that many other garages would refuse, without having to send you to a specialist.
