I just want to say I’m very disappointed with @nails2000 in gardner, Ma. They were very rude and disrespectful and overcharged me for a FILL. The mall doesn’t even charge as much as they charged me and quite frankly, think they did it on purpose to me. I came in and wanted French tip woth a nude base color and she was arguing with me and being rude about picking a base color, I told her I wanted a skin color/nude color that was barely noticeable and she kept trying to give me a purple color and was giving me attitude about it. (Not the owner one of the other girls.) then the whole time she was doing my nails she didn’t say one word to me, kept rudely yanking my hands and she rolled her eyes at me. Then charged me $50 for a FILL and an extra $10 to cut my nail down a TINY bit?? when they board clearly says gel fill is $35. I will never be going there again, she was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Sorry for the rant but I’ve never had a nail salon treat me with such rudeness. I am very disappointed.

Every time I come here, WITH an appointment, I wait over 30 minutes for poor results. What’s the point of having an appointment, especially when I have somewhere to be, if I have to wait all day. Poor customer service. No one acknowledged us or apologized for the wait either.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They won’t honor it. Very rude and obviously talking about you between themselves.

Absolutely great customer service BUT Full set of dip nails with tips broke the next day, the clear coat was so thick I left and an hour later it was peeling as you can see in the videos I had not even used my hands for anything but driving before this happened. My my nail fell off right in the center because the dip split my real nail through to the skin because she thinned them so much before putting the tips on. I wouldn’t suggest this place if you are a clean person either, it is very old dusty out dated and dirty.

Was calling around after my regular place had bumped my appointment. I stopped in to their shop because it was so close by. They were amazing. Clean and relaxed environment. Staff were great. Waited less than 10 minutes to get a nail technician. Did exactly what I asked and for. And price was fabulous and I will see them next time.

Had a gel manicure and the very next day they were all peeling. When she put my hand under the light to dry the nails, she put it under the light 10 times and I was wondering why but now I know why.
When I called to explain my situation, there was a language barrier, and I had no idea what she was saying to me
I will not be back to this place.

I chose 3 stars only because my experience has dependended on WHO does my nails. I have had both excellent nails done & terrible ones done here. They are great at accommodating any schedule which Iike.

Amazing nails. She took her time and checked in to make sure I was liking them multiple times. Haven't had a bad experience with this nail salon, busy hours to slow good all around.

Regular polish on toes has lasted over 2 weeks but the gel polish lasted only a few days before starting to peel. Very difficult to understand due to foreign language.

Made an appointment earlier in the day. When I arrived, I picked out a color but after 25 minutes of waiting around I decided to go to another salon. I can understand not taking walk ins but please don't over book yourself as people are trying to plan their day around these appointments.

I came in requesting pedicure, as well as if she can do a certain design . Lady said yes . I asked her to look so ididnt waste anyone's time . She said don't worry I do . Waited 50 min. For her to tell me she can't do it . Onto of that I was there and they took someone who walked in before me who came 30 min after me .
