Over one and a half hours to do an oil change once they started, religiously because I had to replace the drain plug, and then another half hour doing inspection when everything should have been done in a half hour. Keep in mind my car is just sitting outside now waiting for the inspection to be done even though I waited over an hour and a half for the oil change and no cars are currently being inspected. First time i came here in over 6 years and it will be my last.

I came into speeDee in Gardner Ma for an oil change and tire rotation. I made sure I was the very 1st customer by arriving early. I’ve been sitting here for 1hr and 40 mins. Watching 10 customers come and go and I am still waiting. I am a very annoyed customer to say the least. What is the issue? Because I asked for a tire rotation I felt like I was punished and made to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Plenty of employees here, so that’s not the issue. To boot, my tire light is still on for low air pressure.
If you need a tire rotation, don’t come here. You’ll be punished

I would love to give you guys a five star review, however I’m unsure of exactly what you did during my Recent oil change. They said that they vacuumed the car however they did not. They also did not put A sticker indicating the next oil change. Things were checked off that it was completed, so I’m unsure if all the things that were checked, and that I paid for was actually complete completed.

I got rejected for car inspection for tires. I had waited hours and spent money on all kinds of light bulbs I didn't know I had. I left and got new tires and went back with the paperwork and they made me wait in line for hours again.
