I was in need of a tech specialist due to viruses on my laptop. Wess did an excellent job explaining my current issues and explained what needed to be done and why. He called me and updated me when needed and followed up with me when I went to pick up my laptop.

I knew where the items I wanted were i the store, so I didn't need any help. I gathered the items I need and a few minutes I checked out and left the store.
