John and his team are incredible! While purchasing our new home, we ran into an issue with the current range, a 60" commercial pilot-light model, being unserviceable and not properly rated for a residential setting. John worked with us to find a solution that we could take to the sellers to remedy the situation, which lead to us purchasing a new suite of Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances. John and his team were there every step of the way, answering our questions and letting us know what we needed for information in order to have everything delivered and installed the day after closing. In the end, there was an issue with one of the pieces being back-ordered, but both Stasukelis and his preferred contractor/installer worked with us to get everything installed once it was delivered, even working on a holiday to accommodate our hectic schedule. Thank you again to John and his team! You have earned a customer for life and we will be recommending you to anyone that will listen!

Delivery of my refrigerator was on time and delivered by two of the nicest men, they took care on bringing it in and put things back that they had to move, my husband and I were very impressed.

I have purchased Gas stove & Hood, Dishwasher and Wall Oven. John was extremely helpful explaining all the appliances and what would work best for my kitchen needs. Highly recomment.

Ordered an electric stove from this place a few years back. They brought over a GAS stove. When the people brought over the electric stove they were mad that we ‘inconvenienced them’. These two kids seemed like real punks and I didn’t even like having them inside my house. Do yourself a favor and go to s&s appliance in Athol. Much better service and friendlier.

Overall good experience. Not my first time using them. 24 hours from the time I walked in to the time they left my house. I dealt with John at the store and Nick and Courtney delivered my fridge. At least the delivery guys had personalities, they were realistic and appreciated a customer that had an idea of what was going on. Will use again.

Mike came in and changed out a lid switch on an old washer that stopped functioning mid cycle. Clearly knew the machine well, diagnosed it immediately and was done within 40 minutes. Showed up on time, didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He gave me a few things to beware of, and left the place just like he found it...only better. Back washing clothes within an hour of his visit. Good guy, great service. Thanks Mike!!

Used to enjoy buying local but after 3 purchases where their appliances keep breaking with in a year or two I started to lose some of that feeling. Their customer service has become rude and and a company that I’m not excited to call. Their concern for the customer seems to be much different now then when the original owners were running it. Sorry to post but I try to be fair. This time it’s fair but negative.

Purchased a very expensive Miele washer and dryer here after someone recommended this store. You have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to run these high end appliances and unfortunately no one at this store told us how to use either appliance which in my opinion should be part of the deal when spending thousands on appliances. I was told you could fit a king size comforter in this washer which was a lie. The queen size quilt barely fit and when the cycle was done it was soaking wet!!! Had to run an extra drain and spin which to me is not energy efficient. When delivered they had trouble with the install and had to call another person. They also installed my washer on the right instead of the left using some excuse that the plug wasn’t in the right place. The special twin duo detergent couldn’t be found anywhere because we wanted the sensitive type so our clothes didn’t smell like detergent and thus we have to buy online and pay shipping. Lastly the washer electronic message to clean the washer no longer lights up and i had to guess what the message i stood for. Machines are only 2 years old and we hate them. We bought these because every cheaper washer left white residue on dark clothes. This washer doesn’t but has other issues like mentioned above. The matching dryer is terrible. Leaves clothes wrinkled and damp. I had no idea we would have to empty a water collection chamber because the sales person never told us how this dryer worked. I only use the dryer when I absolutely have to. Last year in July we had a problem with the twin duos and when we called the store they seemed annoyed and told us we had to call Miele which i did and they sent me back to the store! So frustrating. Washer at that time just 11 months old!!! The entire experience was disappointing. No one cares anymore and there is no customer service.

Great selection, experienced staff, local business, good prices, convenient install services. It makes no sense to buy from a big box store when this option is available. I highly recommend shopping here.

*Consumer Warning* Rick is the Worst refrigeration service tech ever! Rude, condesending and obviously unqualified! Multiple trips out to repair our 2 year old $4000 LG thinQ refrigerator. Worked great for 2 years, died and replaced compressor, since then nothing but problems: no ice, spoiled milk and melted ice cream. The service tech is literally blaming it on me and claiming there's nothing they can do!? The problem is, buddy, the fridge worked great until you changed the compressor. They say: "All the readings and measurements are within spec," and I say, why isn't the temperature inside of the fridge even a consideration? It's 55° in the fridge and 38° in the freezer... that's as cold as it gets, and it has been for weeks now. If you need service, call LG directly and tell them no Rick from Statsukelis, please! To be fair: Maybe we stop voting in those who support more burocracy and regulation of refrigerat products, which obviously handicaps the industry.Until the past couple of years, Statsukelis was the "go to" for all of your appliance needs, but now, buyer beware!

First impression was a great one. Very helpful and accommodating. Scheduled an appointment within a few weeks to fix a relatively new freezer. I received their number from Frigidaire hotline and thought we were on the right track to getting freezer repaired. The day of the appointment I waited from 12-1 and no one showed. I called over and spoke to two different people who were also nice but had no record of an appointment or our previous conversation. They then told me that they are no longer accepting new customers! I totally understand but why did you not share this weeks ago when I made the appointment? Very frustrating. He told me to call Frigidaire hotline again........ Also a frustrating experience! On hold for an hour!!!!!! Ugh! Wish this had went differently and not sure that was great customer service....... Mistakes happen but you surely could have made things right!

Purchased a new range, refrigerator and microwave last month. Extremely happy with John and his team. Customer service has been outstanding, delivery was excellent and beyond happy with my purchase. Stress free, low pressure sales- but high concentration to my needs. Could not have had a better experience.
