Are you looking for a bank whose atm is always out of service? Then look no further! Do you love driving a few minutes out of your way to avoid atm fees, but also love having to use the gfa atm across the street and still get charged atm fees?! Then TD Gardner is right for you! In all seriousness tho it’s frustrating having to pay atm fees and drive to other banks/atms to withdraw money. Iv been a TD member for years and to say their atm is unreliable is an understatement. Considering changing banks soon.

Staff at TD bank Gardner MA Branch are courteous and always happy to help. I moved from Brooklyn to Gardner and found a world apart difference in the level of service. Two thumbs to the whole team and I am glad I am banking with TD for a wonderful banking experience .

They wanted to charge me $7.00 to cash a check that was from someone with a TD Bank Account just because I didn't have an account there. Thieves!!!

Put a 6 day fraud hold on my paycheck, proceeded to tell me theres nothing they can do. Then to call monday to work it out, well turns out they did more of nothing. Which i had to find out from the td bank 24/7 number because when they said theyd call me back before 4 pm that never happened and everything they said they were going to do, they never did. I now have bills past due because td doesnt care about the smaller people and the teller response was use your mobile deposit more. So the first time i use it in months because i got a new job you do this, and then tell me to use it more after this? They only care about business's. Most convenient bank is a damn joke

Certainly America's most convenient bank! Great hours, don't usually have to wait long to be taken care of. Do a lot of business and personal banking at this location. They have always been good to deal with.
