Extremely unprofessional. And I mean very rude. Kindness is not a requirement to work as a pharmacist at this Walgreens. It’s really unfortunate.

They need more employees. I came in at 1030 on a Sunday morning. A lot of the shelves were unstocked and empty.
They had a singular non-pharmacy employee there who just kept stocking shelves within eyeshot as a line continued forming up front.
I walked out and went to the other drug store next door instead, where they had self checkouts, full shelves, and an employee actually at the registers.

Don't waste your time. They're horrible can't even fax a script for blood pressure medicine for my 89 year old mother to chair city pharmacy. 5 phone calls and waiting on hold after listening to all their stupid messages and still aren't capable of faxing a prescription. Makes me wonder how they even fill scripts. Avoid at all costs.

This is an excellent pharmacy if you want them to disregard your prescriptions and never fill them timely. My providers will send prescriptions and they just don’t fill them, forcing me to call and essentially walk them through filling my medications every single time. If they are out of stock, they just won’t fill it instead of actively ordering more, unless you call wondering wth is going on…This is the most incompetent location and I’m in shock and awe that I have tolerated their bologna for so long. Looking for a new pharmacy and will be changing all of my medications to be filled elsewhere. Disappointing and disgusting display of leadership, clearly. You can’t mess with people’s health needs like this!

Nice looking store with a shared plaza parking lot. The store is much larger and nicer than the one near Staples. This store has a drive up window the other smaller one doesn't. There is a traffic light that you can use to exit the plaza safely toward Rt 2, on Rt 68s. The staff were nice enough but haven't used the pharmacy here.

Love the pharmacy staff and Lisa on the front end. Pharmacy calls to make sure new medications are working; with Lisa up front always greeting customers upon entering the store. Pharmacy much less hectic compared to another one nearby.

Local staple with amazing. They had what I was looking for late at night. Parking was plentiful and easily accessable with the lot right outside. I am looking forward to going back again soon.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt this one was necessary. I went in December 18th for a flu vaccine. I told the pharmacy tech I am here for a flu vaccine. She handed me the paperwork to fill out. On the paperwork, I had to include which vaccine I wanted so I documented that I wanted the flu vaccine. To make this long story short, she gave me the Covid vaccine. The Walgreens Pharmacist employee gave me the WRONG vaccine. Therefore, be careful when you go get a vaccine. Verbally make it clear before they administer - even though that's their job - and ask to see the vaccine vile so you know you are getting the correct vaccine.

If we could select no stars we would! Most rude, slow, and incompetent pharmacy we’ve ever dealt with. We have even given this place more than one chance thinking they were just having a bad day. Takes forever to fill the smallest prescription if they even have it in stock. Supply issues at this location are awful. They tell you it’s everywhere, yet the CVS we switched to in Fitchburg always has what we need. No urgency even if it’s meds prescribed after a child’s surgery. Everyone working in the pharmacy at this location is always miserable and beyond rude!!! Instead of being helpful they make everything 10X more difficult and into a scenario that it didn’t need to be.
