Real humans are back! And while I had the good fortune to be working with the very competent, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable male teller, his female coworker was just as delightful. I went into the branch stressed about the laundry list of things I needed to get done and left literally smiling, amazed at how easy and efficient the whole process was. I expected to have a hassle, based on my last non-human visit to the Gardner branch, but was very pleasantly surprised! I hear you, everyone fed up by the lack of humans in the branch. But THEY’RE BAAAAACK!!

I give it one star for asking your name. I was at the bank. I took my cell phone out of my pocket. Some $ fell out. I realized when a woman took it to the cash register. I checked my pocket and if it was my $. They didn't give it to me and what? They had to look at the Cameras and they never called me but 100% I know it's my Money they never called. I had to go to the personal bank. And they are not PROFESSIONAL at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT DCU THEY ARE VERY GOOD THEY HELP YOU A LOT TO OPEN YOUR DOORS TO BETTER BENEFIT.

The worst bank around, don’t waste your time and money. The ITMs are incredibly unreliable and useless, only having two is absolutely idiotic. Went to withdraw money and one doesn’t even have enough to dispense $40 and the other isn’t functioning. I had to go down the street to withdraw cash and got hit with a fee. Dont support their awful nonsense decisions, go literally anywhere else in town and you’ll have a much better experience. This is not just an isolated issue, all the Workers branches are like this.

I used to love Workers. They've removed the tellers. I can't call my local Worker's directly. What's the benefit of a credit union if it's harder to interact with another human being than a large bank?

Since changing over to auto tellers, the experience is not the same. I often get cash from a side job, but can't make a deposit after hours or on weekends anymore. This is very disruptive because I can't always get to the bank to make deposits during hours of operation. Deposit option needs to be added back to these auto tellers!!

A once awesome bank has turned into a nightmare to work with. Branches always full with people who need help and cant do what they need without live people, machines down, drive thru can only do certain transactions(no deposits anymore), app and online systems are junk and God HELP YOU if you need to call and speak with someone. Youll be on hold for an hour.Bring back live tellers! The process was easy and friendly, machines were a terrible idea.

I love the new ITM ..when they work properly. I understand things happen , but I feel like the bank should extend their hours to accommodate the amount of customers trying to get banking done in peraon , especially at this time of year. It's a nightmare.
