Extremely positive experience! The gentleman I worked with was knowledgeable about the project I was trying to solve for, walked me around the store showing different solutions (leading with free/ least expensive options first), and coached me through the step by step process for application. Highly recommend!

I wanted to do business with Georgetown as a supporter of local businesses, spoke with Donna she was going to order tile for me 6 weeks ago when I was in the store. My wife called 2x for an update, no return calls,(Went on vacation) just stopped by in person only to be told they couldn't help me with the tile we selected. Fully understand the supply issues - it is the lack of communication that earned the 1star rating.
