Fred, Joe, and their staff have provided high quality service to my family for years. We drive high mileage Hondas (Odyssey and Civic) which require ongoing maintenance, and these guys are always transparent and communicative. They identify the specific, crucial issues, quote the exact price it will end up costing, and identify other upcoming maintenance issues (with no pressure to get things done immediately.) They work efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.

I always get my oil change done here. The staff is friendly and reliable. I went in recently for an oil change before heading out on a trip. They fit me in and told me about needing to get front brakes sometimes in the near future. The employees were patient that I had a 10 and 5 year old hanging out in their small store on a hot day. Though the kids weren't being bad in any way, I felt bad taking up floor space in their store while we waited as the area is not huge. Next time I will probably just drop the car off and come back for it, but it was a heat wave. The cashier is always friendly to myself and my kids, and to her other customers. Never a bad experience here.

Trust worthy, convenient place. Needed 4 new tires. Inspection sticker. Fair price. Gave options! Within walking distance from home. No waiting in dealership/car rental/appointments. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY! Recieved oil change, new filter and attempted to turn a check engine light off! Freddy replaced 2 sensors along with the oil change and filter totaling $700. After driving about 30 minutes my engine light is back on! Freddys response “it could be a million things” then proceeded to tell me i can bring it in and he will charge me for a new vacuum and gasket…… save your money and go to someone who is reputable.

Freddie, George, Lisa, and the rest of the team are great! Any problem, they can fix; and fast! Found them when we lived on E. Main St. Still go to Georgetown Mobil, though I live in Haverhill.
