Beyond disappointed with the Georgetown office. Universal Banker, Daniella was inefficient in not completing/following up with my mother regarding an account that she has. The request was simple, and it was completely disregarded. As a result, she will be closing her account of which she has for 40 years. Truly a shame that you have associates representing your establishment that do not follow through.

I was so impressed with my recent experience w/Salem Five Customer Service. It started with a phone call because I’d been thinking about changing banks. After some discussion, Laureen offered me a meeting to discuss my questions/options in detail. The meeting was informative and educational. Her detailed knowledge and explanation of the bank’s processes was so helpful. She processed some transactions for me and helped me with a plan for the future.Consequently, I remain a happy Salem Five customer.

I was with Georgetown Savings Bank for about 15 years prior to Salem Five Bank acquiring them. I was apprehensive to change, but over the last 7 years I have been made a fan. The improvements to online banking, and all the other services from mortgage, insurance to financial advisors have made the decision to stay even easier. Thank you Salem Five!

I have been a Salem Five customer for over forty years with savings accounts, checking accounts, mortgages and equity lines of credit. All via the Salem, MA location with no problems to speak of.But I have moved and now I’m dealing with the Georgetown branch and it has been simply ridiculous. If you plan to do business here I strongly recommend that you RUN AWAY and find someplace else to take your business. I am currently working to get an equity line of credit and their customer service is non existent. There has been ZERO communication and ZERO coordination from their loan department on my loan. Once my credit was approved they dropped me like a hot potato. I am only getting responses when I call to complain or send emails. Management has been notified and as I expected I have not been contacted by them, I had to call them myself.Find someplace that values you as a customer, there are many good places out there.

I was needing to make travel plans for my card because I’m going to Bermuda and Danielle Sarkis helped me amazingly! Danielle walked through the process with me on my mobile app and she fixed an issue I had with my home phone still being attached to my card verses having my cell phone available for text notifications! Such a great service and a wonderful experience!

I just recently moved to the area and have only gone into the Georgetown location a few times when I was having issues and each time I have interacted and been helped by Rebecca. She is FANTASTIC and always incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen and that goes a long way for many people. All of the other staff here are super friendly as well! Thank you Georgetown Salem Five!!

This is not my bank but across the street from my office and I needed a Notary. Very pleasant on the phone to confirm that someone was there until 4. Hopped across the street at lunch and the notary was there and it took all of 10 minutes. Very pleasant people. No charge even though it was not my bank. Nice people.

The WORST by far. Don’t waste your time going to Salem5 Bank for CONSTRUCTION LOANS. They wasted my time and money. Go to Haverhill Bank!
