I just recently moved to the area and have only gone into the Georgetown location a few times when I was having issues and each time I have interacted and been helped by Rebecca. She is FANTASTIC and always incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen and that goes a long way for many people. All of the other staff here are super friendly as well! Thank you Georgetown Salem Five!!

This is not my bank but across the street from my office and I needed a Notary. Very pleasant on the phone to confirm that someone was there until 4. Hopped across the street at lunch and the notary was there and it took all of 10 minutes. Very pleasant people. No charge even though it was not my bank. Nice people.

The WORST by far. Don’t waste your time going to Salem5 Bank for CONSTRUCTION LOANS. They wasted my time and money. Go to Haverhill Bank!

This place has a sad mood to it... in the aftermath of the merger between Salem Five and Georgetown Savings... it's not the same. Have people been laid off? The friendly lady who greeted everyone is gone now. The popcorn machine sits in a corner, unused, forgotten, a symbol of a bygone halcyon era. We should have known years ago when GSB started selling stock that it was the beginning of the end.

I have been a customer of the Georgetown Savings Bank in Rowley for approximately 20 years. I do all my banking online and very seldom come in contact with customer service...until recently. I found the bank tellers inexperienced and unable to communicate in a positive friendly manner. The bank manager was not at all helpful, she was rude and just couldn't be bothered to talk to me... didn't even ask my name ! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from someone who is employed in a position of responsibility. Georgetown Bank in Rowley has been in business for many years yet fail to understand the value of good customer service.
