Pay close attention to road signs in town. Truck GPS will turn you wrong. Follow the signs for Truck Route and watch for the no truck signs. This is a very old fishing town not built for 70’ trucks.
Small lot. Not much room for backing or staging. I’d strongly suggest not coming too early. There’s room for two trucks in staging that’s it. The lot guy is very attentive and does a great job with getting trucks maneuvered. Loading is pretty quick. Bills come lightning fast. All the people are great. Be sure your trailer is absolutely spotless and pre cooled.
Port a potty in the lot by the last dock.

The guys here are awesome and patient with an incompetent newbie driver. Lmao. When coming here take Mass RT128 [Yankee Hwy] then take right on Mass RT127A, location on left. Very small driveway. When entering stop in front of dock doors to check in [to see if they want you at the top or bottom docks]. Please have 1 load bar for loading.

I’m a Prime inc driver I drop & Hooked here & if you don’t pay attention to where your going & miss your turn it can be hell to pay‼️It’s a small lot that can be tight to turn around to drop your trailer into dock 7. Cars in this area park all along the street which can make it difficult to drive. Besides that it’s pretty simple check in drop your empty in dock 7 & bobtail around to the back of the building through the security gate & get your loaded trailer then head back to the office to finish your paperwork they’ll come out and seal it and your on your way! Pretty simple

Arrived at 10:55 for 11:00 appointment. Gave me a door right away. Paperwork ready at 11:28. They loaded me in less than 30 minutes. Fast service. No overnight parking.

There was enough room to make a U-turn or blindside back. The workers were friendly. There was a restroom inside the driver area. It was a quick load.
