It was clear to use AMB. Everyone highly recommended them. They made a very hard time for me easy. I was in an accident right before the holidays. My car needed some work done. I had severe problems with my insurance company as well as extending my rental. They worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t loose a dime in the end game. They took their time to explain everything to me. They reduced stress from me during a very stressful time. The whole family at AMB Denise, Ryan, Chris Thank you all! My car looks better then when I purchased it 😊

The absolute best people around! They were all so helpful when my car got hit, and even helped me with the insurance people. Stored my car at no charge too, despite waiting on insurance to come and look at the car, and even put up with my heartbreak (this car was my soulmate). Truly does not get better than this place! Take my word for it.

Denise and Chris spoke to me about my car repair and were wonderful in the way they explained and informed me about the Massachusetts law regarding insurance claims. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be going back if needed. They helped me understand enough to make the best choice, which was to take the insurance check and not to have a repair made. I appreciated their suggestions with this process and ultimately made this decision. Note that they didn't make any money, but they did gain my appreciation.

Had my bed replaced a d within a couple months it started getting rust bubbles on the right quarter-panel..i took it back and the front counter guy says, “what, do you want us to x-ray every bed we replace?!”..asked for the owner who wasnt there and couldn't get his email. Chevy bed was replaced with an LTZ bed on an LT truck. Had to move out of state and was then SOL. Now have too pay to have the rust get out and fender flares installed on all four corners.
Per their website…” Our shop only uses parts from reputable part suppliers to ensure that your vehicle is always looking good”. Well it aint it lookin good!

I had a small job (broken rear reflector) which was more of a nuisance than anything else. While some shops don’t want to bother, Ryan, Chris, and Denise at AAB were super nice and accommodating. On January 7, 2022 a plow truck hit my RAV 4. I decided to use Annisquam auto body to do the work. My sister used them previously and was very pleased. I was so grateful that I chose Annisquam. Denise was such a help getting a rental and dealing with both insurance companies. I only needed the rental for a short time and they did a wonderful job. When I picked it up, it was shining and clean, they washed it for me. It is pleasing to know that people as kind as these still exist. They will always have my business. You cannot go wrong with Annisquam auto body.

Great Staff and quality work. They will always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We all know how bad it feels when our vehicles (our babies) are damaged in any way, but Annisquam Auto will always work for the benefit of the customer even when insurance companies are being difficult! I highly recommend!
