The rudeness of the staff at Main Street Gloucester Citizens Bank is absolutely off the charts. The Bank Teller, an Albanian? or other Eastern European woman was literally sneering at me with her facial features scrunched up, when I went to do a transaction, one wherein I paid a few for my transaction. She also barked to me to "stand back!!" - this was in their gigantic, cavernous lobby reminiscent of an airplane hangar, during the Coronavirus Pandemic, so I dutifully stood about eight feet back. Also she rushed me out of the lobby when I was writing up a payment envelope after my transaction was completed saying "only one customer inside the bank at a time!!". The Citizens Bank Corporate Website on that day said Citizens Bank Branches COULD HAVE 2 CUSTOMERS IN IT AT A TIME! The male manager popped out of his office menacingly when I mentioned this particular fact, while I was stepping out the front door. The employees at this branch have nearly always acted rather CUNTY in the past, and this visit did not disappoint at all in this aspect! Why can't this branch ever get any decent employees??
