If you are looking for the worst service, highest prices and biggest inconvenience in town… look no further than Easy Ship and Pack! They’ve got it all- incompetence, inconvenience and astonishing prices. And to top it all off, they are the rudest, most condescending and dismissive staff you can find. Do yourself a favor, go directly to the post office or make the trip to fedex/UPS/staples. Cut out the middleman. They are a pointless expense and you will leave here disrespected and frustrated. They will even charge you to put a piece of tape on your package, and do a poor job doing it. You would think placing something in a box and mailing it would be pretty simple, but leave it to Easy ship and pack to find a way to screw that up. You’ve been warned- do not ever take your business here.

Imagine a store tells you they just can't provide receipts, or confirmation emails, or even an SMS with proof of the transaction. That's like a very basic part of any business transaction lol. But my mother literally drove over there for half an hour only for them to say that they will take the package and 'scan it' and that's it - no evidence whatsoever of the event. Now if something were to go wrong, we would have absolutely no evidence of having used this business.
I am literally preparing for a software engineer interview today, where I will have to design basic software. I'd love to know what software they are using to 'scan this' and why they have not located the 'print receipt' option. If I did that in an interview I would fail. So this is fishy and shady.

Perhaps the business should be called Easy Moan & Groan. I've been in several times to make prints. Clean, all same format, multiple documents. Came in recently, and when they looked at my docs the sighing, moaning and complaining under the breath began. It's like I asked the team to land a remote controlled car on Mars. Simple job of printing docs. I spent an hour to make it easy for them, made them all standard format, all in same folder, to save time. If printing docs is too complicated, maybe it's time to find another career option. Serve customers with smile and a helpful attitude, it's not that complicated. The people at Staples in North Beverly give great service and never have an issue. To be fair I got my docs completed, but kind of tired of the attitude like it was rocket science.
Update: My wife and I have been customers there for 25 years, ever since we moved to Cape Ann, when it was Mailboxes etc. I believe. David the former owner, rest his soul, helped us with notary service, boxes, shipping, supplies, copies, we've even bought greeting cards from the store. He was always friendly and had a good sense of humor. He never rolled his eyes or spoke under his breath and complained. My wife and or I have been there at least 75 times over the years. If this is how a 25 year customer is received, then I'm happy to do business elsewhere. You've lost a long time customer, over having to print 100 pages or so, which took all of 15 minutes. It's 2025, not 1985, printing ain't that big of a deal. I'll do it at home and buy more ink.

I've been using this Easy Pack and Ship for years for my auction business.
The level of care and effort they take in getting my high value items where they need to go safely, is something I wish ALL companies would adhere to!
Thank You, Amy & Crew!

We spent a few days in Gloucester and needed to ship some things back to home. They were handled with care, shipped and we received them at home three days later. Thanks!

I just waited patiently for some items to be printed at 11 x 17. Unfortunately they made a mistake and printed it the wrong size. I waited while they went to reprint but the machine wouldn’t work and the woman became very flustered. They couldn’t print the order so I said no problem and left, but she yelled that I had to settle multiple times. I said I didn’t want the incomplete order printed in the wrong size and she yelled at me to “never come back!” It sure sounds like I was being a jerk and deserved that, but I’m in customer service and make a point of being totally reasonable to my fellow peers. This one was weird, upsetting, and extreme. Not surprising they have so many complaints

Shipped a very large fragile piece of stained glass. It arrived safely and it was packed very well. Arrived in a day. Very pleased

I should have read the reviews here before trying to ship something from here.

Completely unintelligible. I buy and sell clothing as a collector and had a specific piece that needed to be sent through DHL but unfortunately there isn’t a DHL office in Gloucester, so I arrived here. The rude grandma at the counter told me shipping things internationally is “EXTREMELY expensive”. Considering I do this all of the time I assumed she was exaggerating, until she quoted me $240 to ship a parcel to Bali. I promptly went to an out of town DHL office myself and had the same parcel shipped for $70. I guess driving 30 minutes can save you $170 lol.

Brought in an Amazon prepaid return. One pleasant woman began to wait on me then when a question arose, another extremely rude and demeaning women took over. She refused to supply a pouch to insert the required international paperwork and then charged me to attach the label to the box. This is a low point in customer service. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Sad to report that I brought packages already in bubble wrap and boxes. When asked what was inside, and I said a picture frame, the clerk decided to put my box in another box 3x the size of the item, with more even packing. She said it was because it was a photo frame, but did not ask me first, or tell me a price range. All the added material and larger boxes added up to well over $100.When I asked if I could have been given an estimate prior to telling me after the boxes were sealed…the reply was “it would have been much cheaper at the post office, but we are a packing business not a shipping business”Thanks for the tip, I will from now on, use the Post Office.
