Very rude employeesJust print your usps package to the post office or have them pick them up free at your house and ups can pick up for fee or just drop them off at once of the cvs don’t recommend using these people they are rude to everyone

Brought in an Amazon prepaid return. One pleasant woman began to wait on me then when a question arose, another extremely rude and demeaning women took over. She refused to supply a pouch to insert the required international paperwork and then charged me to attach the label to the box. This is a low point in customer service. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Sad to report that I brought packages already in bubble wrap and boxes. When asked what was inside, and I said a picture frame, the clerk decided to put my box in another box 3x the size of the item, with more even packing.She said it was because it was a photo frame, but did not ask me first, or tell me a price range. All the added material and larger boxes added up to well over $100.When I asked if I could have been given an estimate prior to telling me after the boxes were sealed…the reply was “it would have been much cheaper at the post office, but we are a packing business not a shipping business”Thanks for the tip, I will from now on, use the Post Office.

I had such a wonderful experience today at Easy Ship & Pack! Not only did they accept my returns with ease and grace (especially given I had been turned away at 2 Walgreen's), they also offered to help tape to help tape my returns and hand delivered them to the FedEx truck who was loading up!I also want to CONGRATULATE and give a BIG shout out to Amy Tucker, who is now the Owner/Manager. She helped me when my business was located in the Shaw's Plaza over 17 years ago with the same kind and helpful manner. I saw her work hard, persevere through challenging working conditions and although the previous owner had passed, Amy stepped up to buy the business and help carry on his legacy and build her own future, WOW! Go Amy and the Easy Ship & Pack Team - you ROCK!Thank you for making my day!Gayle

I just went there when they opened up at 9:00 a.m. since I had other things to do. I asked the employee how much to print a letter (8 pages). She told me $3.95 flat service fee plus $0.10 per page. She put the thumb drive in and opened document. She then asked me if I wanted it in black and white. I told her "no" since some of the pages were in color, and this was the reason I was there. She then recanted, and told me that it was $0.59 per page for color. I told her that seemed a tad high price wise. When she looked at the letter, she said that only 3 pages were color and 5 pages were black and white, so she could charge accordingly. I agreed. Then, the printer was not working, so she became overwhelmed due to customers coming in and waiting for service. She really was nice and accommodating, and I was patiently waiting for printer to work. At 9:15 a.m., another employee came in. She fixed the printer, then printed up the letter, which I retrieved from the printer for her. She proceeded to want to charge me $9.21 instead of $6.61, which is $1.15 a page instead of $0.82 a page. I told her that was not what was agreed upon, and explained situation prior to her late arrival. She told me that since the letter was printed using the color copier, all the pages are charged the same amount. I asked her for my thumb drive, told her to forget it, and walked out. Other customers were in line and witnessed this. So, instead of charging me the agreed upon price, this company choose to loose a sale, waste toner and paper, and just lost a customer. I will never use this company's service again.

I don't ship packages often so would like to go to a shipper who is helpful and courteous. Easy Ship in Gloucester is neither of these. Each time I've been there the clerk seems to be very disinterested in helping, even when the store is not busy.

Went to have a large item packed and shipped. An employee who I spoke with acted like I was bothering her, and was unhappy I brought a large item in. The store was not busy when I first came in, midday. The pricing for the shipping materials & labor was very high, not including the shipping cost on top of that. After speaking with her and another employee who seemed equally bothered with my request, I decided to leave and bring my business to FedEx directly. I wish I had read the reviews first.

If I could do no stars I would. I wanted to have a cake shipped to a friend in Florida for his birthday. I called in advance to find out how to do so. They told me to freeze the cake, then place it in a container with ice gel packs. I did this. I labeled the box with "This end up" "Fragile" "Perishable". When I arrived to ship the cake I was told there was a chance it would get jostled around. That was ok, I could deal with a little bit of smudged frosting, or something similar. I paid $382.87 to have it shipped overnight. The cake was DEMOLISHED! Not a little damaged, DESTROYED.Ok, fine, I went to Easy Ship and Pack, and I asked to be refunded $38 for the cost of the cake. They refused. They told me that because there was room for the cake to move that they wouldn't pay. I told her (the owner I believe) that there was only enough room so that the cake wasn't squashed, and she pretty much said "Too bad".I will NEVER do business here again! I could have flown down with the cake myself for less money, and they couldn't even be bothered to refund a lousy $38!

Easy Ship & Pack need to correct their Google Search info. I just called them to confirm they provide Notary Services, and they do not. However if you do a search for Notary Service in Gloucester, Easy Ship & Pack is at the top of the list.

OVERPRICED. RUDE. SHIFTY. Honestly, are they "losing" things or...... Months after this incident, I am still infuriated about what happened. I visited this location October 2020. First, I bought a large shipping box from this store for a vintage shadow box I had purchased. That interaction was fine, they were helpful. I used some clothes to protect the shadow box, and taped everything up for shipping. In total, there was upwards of $200 of my belongings in that package...insurance would have been wise. I asked my boyfriend to ship the package from this store to me in California, and we thought all was well. They told him it would ship by the end of the month via FedEx. But the package never came. We didn't think much of it, since COVID has overwhelmed the postal service--I understand things are slow. However, when my boyfriend called to inquire about the package, the woman who answered (presumably the woman that all these other Yelp reviews refer to...) was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and even sounded annoyed that he had called to ask. Clearly, she wasn't concerned about her customer service or helping us, but she said she'd call him back the next day with an update. And she didn't. My boyfriend continued to call, until a few days later she finally confirmed that the package was "lost." We reached out to FedEx, but they never received the package, picked it up, or anything--they have absolutely no record of it. So...what happened to it? This store and it's staff had no answer for us. After emails and phone calls, they granted a refund for the shipment, but did nothing more. I'm so confused that a package of that size was just "lost." Was there a mix up? Did it get sent to the wrong shipping company?? Did someone take it??? No answers. I am heartbroken over the belongings I lost, but even then I understand this sort of thing happens all the time. What truly bothers me is the rude, unprofessional, and abrasive behavior of the staff of this location. I appreciate the refund, but it came after a long and arduous struggle for answers. Feels a bit like a slap in the face, and it feels like they just wanted us to stop bothering them. I implore that no one EVER trust this business with their money or belongings. Save your money, and protect yourself.
