Alex was super helpful and courteous. The car I rented had a slow leak in one of the tires, which I filled a couple of times, and when I called Alex he put me in a different car the following day, and gave me a break on the gas because I filled the tire. I very much appreciate his hands on approach, and quick response.

This specific Enterprise location In Gloucester is AWESOME! Their manager Alex exceeds all expectations for customer service. He is smart, energetic, and he really cares about his customers. This isn't a review of Enterprise in general... Just the Gloucester location on Eastern Ave

Excellent service. We had an issue with our hire car and through the roadside assistance number we were given an exchange vehicle by Enterprise.It was all handled very efficiently and in a timely manner.The branch was only a couple of miles from where we were, so we were soon back in the road again.
