GBC takes a holistic approach to boxing and the purpose of the Club, which is not only to teach the sport and cultivate young athletes, but to ensure that the youth in the community have a safe environment that is dedicated to help them become better young adults: those who understand self-worth and discipline; hard work and dedication; respect and humility, and; overall well-being. These lessons and skills can-and should-be leveraged both in-and outside the ring.
