this laundromat could use some upgrades I think. They have all of the washers and dryers working, but I wonder if they could be more efficient. My towels are always completely soaked when I take them out of the washer and take nearly an hour to dry. The other laundromat I prefer does a nice job getting enough excess water out of my laundry that it dries quickly. Also change only is not convenient.

Functioning machines in a range of sizes, clean establishment, and dryers that don't shortchange you on time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the strong aroma of stale urine from the restroom. That said, they have a restroom which I don't think I've ever seen in a laundromat before so I think it balances out. When I need a laundromat I will return here.

When I go there its clean, the washers are clean, the atmosphere is comfortable and if something isnt working someone will always get back to you in a timely manner. I wont go anywhere else. The owners are very kind and interact with you like theyve known you forever no matter who you are. Great family run business?

Clean place and great customer service! Stopped in to do laundry while here on vacation. Got a chance to meet the owner and she was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying here and would use again if ever back in the area.

My husband, two kids, and myself, recently vacationed on Cape Ann and needed quick laundry services. We stayed on the beach and none of our clothes or towels would dry and everything started to get musty and gross! I called and inquired about the wash and fold service and Angela got back to me right away. She took care of our laundry quickly and everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Sheesh! Traveling through area and stopped and did my laundry here. Not busy, went next door for 30 minutes to eat. Supporting local economy. Came back to car with note saying next time I will be towed. Ok next time I won’t use your laundry

I recently found good harbor laundry and I have been very impressed so far. The laundromat is always clean and well maintained. I have noticed that owners are always available to answer any questions or fix any issues that may occur. I also tried the wash dry fold with Angela and everything was perfect. It was very easy to book and Angela was very quick to get my laundry done. Everything was neatly folded and ready to go right back in my drawers. This feature saved me so much time with the busy weekend. I highly recommend this laundromat and all their services.

This is the best place. I've been coming for 10+ years. It's clean, well-taken care of, and the owners are so friendly and professional. This is a small business. They work hard to keep this business an excellent place. They are awesome.I just saw the review below me. (Red jeep pic.) To leave a bad review because you got a courtesy note instead of a tow. Wow. That says more about the reviewer than the place.

I used this laundry mat to wash my work drop cloths and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. It’s very clean and all the machines worked great !I will definitely go back in the future !
