Shane, Pat, and the rest of the team at Grove St Auto are some of the highest quality people around. Whenever I have an issue with my car, they're able to see me the same day that I call and give me a diagnosis. They have never tried to upsell or overcharge me in any way. The care of my car is always the first priority, and they always ensure that it is safe for me to drive.I can never thank the team at Grove Street Auto enough! It can be intimidating to take my car to garages, but Shane and Pat always take the time to explain any issues to me and how it affects my car. Excellent quick service. It's a busy time of year but this repair shop answered the phone, returned calls, did all they could to solve our problems and delivered excellent value. I looked at reviews before I chose a shop to bring my wife's vehicle to. I will be back and highly recommend an honest hard working business as this! Thanks to all who work there!

Very pleased with the work done by the guys at Grove Street Auto. As a single mother They were very fair and did not over charge me. They had my car fixed in 2 days. Communicated very well regarding the matter. I needed a total wheel replacement after just being sold this car from a major dealership. They even got on the phone with the dealership and explained the issue for me. Keep it local. I won’t go anywhere else going forward. Thank you so much ?

Highly recommend these guys honestly. I’ll never forget something they said to me. “ I’m not charging you to check why your check engine light is on,I want you safe and your kids safe. That’s my first priority not the money” I have and always will be a loyal customer since. ( Don’t go asking for handouts though because they helped me lol) that’s not the way to do things. I fully intended to pay and he Just wanted to make sure we were safe. Amazing people like him don’t come around often these days!Services: Exhaust

My car broke down on our annual Salem family trip. Need a water pump and thermostat. Manifold intake. Had my three kids and a wife worried what we were going to do . Grove st. Auto got me in and fix in 24 hrs and I safely got home back in New Jersey. Guys were ready to help and get me back on the road the next day. Highly recommended if your in the area and you need honest reliable auto mechanic these guys are your guys.. !

I had to get an engine computer replaced a few years back and they charged literally a thousand dollars less than the other five mechanics that gave me a quote.
