Be prepared to spend some quality time perusing these rooms of rooms chockerblock full of – you guessed it – Arts + Antiques. Some of it seems a stretch-but, most are the real deal. David Cox - Owner (One of 7) very knowledgeable. If you have a specific piece – ASK. it could save you hours of wandering the creeky floorboards sifting through old post cards, maps, jewelry and wide variety of furniture from a variety of eras. But hey...if it's raining this is the perfect place to explore for a few hours.

Phenomenal shop. Walked right into the past and walked out with very cool Budweiser merchandise and an old map of the metro Boston area. Anne was super polite, patient and helpful. Will 100% be back again. Just made my Sunday.

The various dealers are very knowledgeable about their items. They are very accommodating, friendly to tourists and locals, and reasonably priced. And if you ask nicely, you will also get the scoop on the best places to have dinner locally.

One of the better antique stores I've ever been too. The woman running it is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would come back to Massachusetts again if only for this store!

I realize things are difficult for businesses during the pandemic, and I try to support local stores. My husband and I visit the area every year and always stop at Main Street Antiques and buy something. I checked the website and Facebook page this morning. Both said the shop was open till 4 pm. We got there around 2. It was closed With the door locked. The lights were on and someone was inside. We knocked. No answer. We walked down the street, visited a few other shops and tried again on our way back. Door still locked, but as we were standing there, a man came out with an item and closed the door behind him. Yup, door locked again. I guess they don't want our business. Very disappointing.

A fun street filled with lots of shopping, restaurants, and places to drink. Many souvenir shops. It's like a boardwalk.

Such an amazing and well-rounded antique store. There were so many little trinkets and larger pieces to look through. The price was also very reasonable and affordable for antiques. I was very happy I stopped by and picked up this gorgeous jewelry cabinet that had a music box in it as well. Spent so long in this store just going through postcards and old photos. So fascinating. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to do a little antique searching. One of my highlights on Main Street.
