Best Salon! The new owners are great, the renovations look amazing. I had the best foot massage with the deluxe package that included hot wax and warm towel wraps, all for only $55, that's a steal! So happy with the attention to detail she gave to making my toe polish look perfect. Very satisfied customer I WILL be back next time I'm in Massachusetts

Professional , pleasant ,efficient family-owner business.I had lily both times I came in and she was very welcoming. This is a new management and they are in the process of redesign but Lilly and her family know just what they are doing.I had a lovely pedicure and a UV gel manicure the next day. Honestly blown away by how fast and affordable the process was.I was visiting from NYC and Lily manager to get me in and out of her shop in record time.Highly recommend this spot

Delina was the best! Although she's young (mid 20s), she is experienced and skilled. One of the best pedicures I've ever had-- I highly recommend this salon (which I believe is going they've a name change)!

Lily was amazing! This is the second time I’ve come here. I know there’s a stigma about men getting manicures or pedicures but they change your life how well they work and make your feet feel so good. Lily and the team are amazing people, great to chat with, attentive and do the best job around! My feet went from sad and angry to HAPPY and JOYFUL. Check out Mail Street Nails & Spa, 5-stars*. They are moving, not far and I will follow!

My daughter & I went here yesterday after hearing great things about this business. I can’t believe after living in Gloucester for all this time I had never been here to get my nails done. These ladies were AMAZING! So fun & professional! We booked out 2 weeks & cannot wait to go back!!!! My 14 year old son even complimented on my nails when I got home! It is super expensive it's $45 just to get one color of a false acrylic filled when when Cape N nails and Nail club do just as good of a job and to fill it with one color is 30 bucks to 35 and to get a brand new set it's 45 so this just makes no sense
