I have been going here for years and love it. I was SO spoiled when I went for a French manicure and pedicure yesterday. Susan treated me to a spa like experience. It was over the top pampering and after an extremely stressful work day, I couldn’t have been more grateful.

if you feel like taking the risk of going to this establishment, call ahead for am sentiment and definitely don't ever let Tammy touch your nails. I was rushed, my nails looked horrible, and I never ever complain. A complete waste of my money. I think she spent more time looking at the customers walking in the nail salon then she did my own nails. I privately messaged her company on Facebook, and all I got was a reply from her saying sorry, then she blocked me from messaging her. Nothing was done to rectify this, nothing at all. I left there in tears, and went immediately to another nail salon, Cape, Ann, Nails, who I 1000% recommend Tammy, if you're reading this, you should try to do something to make things right when a customer is unhappy.

The staff are very kind, but the services I received were not worth the price. Not only is my gel manicure chipping only days after getting it, one of my toe nails is completely infected from being cut by (likely not clean enough) cuticle cutter. I do feel bad writing this review because, again, the staff are kind, but want to warn othersServices: Pedicure

I haven't been to this nail salon in a couple years but wanted a pedicure and they had time so I stopped in. I paid extra to be upgraded to a spa pedicure $50. The entire pedicure start to finish was 20 mins, toe nails are cut crooked, water was cold, one coat of nail polish. I believe she had an appointment coming in which is why she rushed but if that was the case the upgraded version should not have been pitched to me.. maybe ill try again in a couple more years

I have been coming here since I moved to Gloucester. Sadly I will be moving out of town and have to find another place. Tammy and her husband are good people. They run a clean establishment and are good at what they do. I was so happy they were open during covid. I will miss coming here but wish them the very best this up coming year to over come any losses from covid. Here is to 10 years from a loyal & satisfied customer! Tammy Macomber
