I wish I could give a 0 star for this review. After ordering online with a valid card that was not expired, my mother had gotten a cancellation of the order. Customer service through the 800 number given was of no help and did not understand clearly what we were trying to explain. Will not be using Petco ever again for ordering dog food. Ridiculous!

Went in for the online sale for 50 percent off fish tanks. Clerk matched our price and gave us open box. Got a 150 dollar set up for 20 bucks. Beta is very happy now. I go here for all my pet needs.

I’ve only really come here for dog supplies, but stopped in with my daughter today with every intention of simply buying her a fish and a little bowl and calling it a day… however we ended up choosing a bearded dragon ? Of course a lot more to learn there so I grabbed the first girl I saw and she was amazing. She stayed with us for like a half an hour, maybe 45 minutes giving us tips and advice and answering my million questions. I wanted to feel sure that we could provide the perfect care for our dragon and I certainly left feeling that way. I wish I got her name!
