These guys were incredible! I had my first car accident and was a bit lost on how to get my car repaired and go through my insurance as I had never done it before. Ryan gave me clear direction on how to get the ball rolling and it was all smooth from there. They repaired my car quickly and gave it back as good as new. They set me up with a loaner vehicle while they fixed my car too. I absolutely recommend this business.

A tree company damaged my rear bumper and told me just send them the bill from a shop. I go to Preferred Auto Body informing them they have a blank check & also told them I wouldn’t need the car for a few weeks as I’d be gone for the military. Might as well have said, “please take your time and fix everything”.I spoke to the shop’s owner who was very attentive to me by giving me a quote and getting me in the shop.However, after just one week when they said it was done and I could pick it up, I was kind of perplexed because 1) it takes time to paint a new bumper 2) exchange the parts 3) buff and match to the existing weathered paint of the fenders. However they seemed trust worthy, and so I picked it up.Halfway home (I live an hour away) when I stop to get gas, I notice 1) the replaced bumper had popped out from the fender 2) they didn’t even replace one of the inner fender’s plastics that was on the quote and paid for 3) the fender’s clear coat wasn’t buffed to match the rear bumper. I immediately turn around drop the car back off. I then called the owner the next day.The owner on the phone said, “I had my employee fix it, and he must have missed the part. It’s been a hell of a week”.I’m not sure about you, but if a shop is too busy that they’re pushing out half fixed cars and not even checking them personally before someone picks it up, DON’T ACCEPT MORE CARS TO FIX. Another shop would have gladly accepted a blank check and a stress free time frame to do this work.They get two stars because the shop ultimately fixed what needed to be fixed, but the fact that I almost drove away with a half fixed car because they rushed to get it done is astounding.I had to deal with all of this despite telling them I have a blank check and weeks before I need my vehicle back. It was still was rushed and half-fixed when I picked it up.

What type of shop gets unlimited funds & all the time in the world to fix a car and still does a half a** job? Also, be sure to ask if they're busy before proceeding. A tree company damaged my rear bumper and told me just "send them the bill from a shop" and they'll pay. So I shop around and end up with Preferred Auto Body informing them they have a blank check & also told them I wouldn't need the car for a few weeks as I'd be gone for the military.. I might as well have said, "please take your time and fix everything, for whatever cost you need"!!! I spoke to the shop's owner who was very attentive to me by giving me a quote and getting me in the shop at a good time for me to be gone for weeks. After just one week, they said it was done.. Halfway home (I live an hour away from the shop), when I stop to get gas, I notice 1) the replaced bumper had popped out from the fender 2) they didn't replace one of the inner fender's wheel well plastics, that was on the quote and paid for 3) the fender paint's clear coat wasn't corrected. I could still see micro swirls on the clear coat, indicating they didn't polish the old fender paint to blend in with the new bumper. I immediately turn around to drop the car back off. With the owner on the phone the next day, he said, "I had my employee fix it, and he must have missed some things. It's been a hell of a week" Despite having my time wasted, I politely I said it's okay and asked them to take care of it all including the paint. I pick up the car to only the bumper and inner fender fixed. The paint was untouched. I said forget it, and took the car home. I will never be returning here and I'm not sure how anyone could recommend this place. I'm not sure about you, but if a shop is too busy or having a "hell of a week", DON'T ACCEPT MORE CARS TO FIX, or at least WAIT to fix it! Had I known the shop was having a "hell of a week", I would have gone to another professional with the blank check and weeks of time for them to fix it in no rush. Two stars only because they got me a brand new OEM bumper and the paint job was nice. -3 stars because I almost picked up a half fixed car, and the "paint correction" that was barely done on the fenders wasn't show room quality like other reviewers have had. If someone says they have a blank check and all the time in the world, please do the job entirely, and correctly, the first time.

Brought my vehicle to have dent repair and repainted 6 months later ended up with rust brought back Ralph gave me an attitude and told me not his problem after arguing said he would repair again but not to bring it back if it happens again and guess what it happened again thanks preferred Auto body not to mention other customers vehicles that have been painted that I know of, paint job very poor lots of drips and you can see shrinking of the paint which means will peelService: Painting
