The pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacy manager, are incredibly rude and lack compassion. They refused to refill my medication on baseless grounds. The pharmacy manager was so rude to me that I left the pharmacy on the verge of tears and actually cried once I got to my car. I'm not sure if this is just a Boston thing, but it seems like people here lack compassion and humanity.

the people working there are helpful and kind and the store is so clean and all is the merchandize is facing forward and everything is just in perfect condition the store looks great and the pharmacy is my new pharmacy so I'm really happy with how that went and I'm just super happy to be a new customer there I've been going to Walgreens and CVS most of my life and I'm so happy to be Rite aid now. they'll do whatever they can to help you out in any way whether it's with pharmacy stuff, personal hygiene, cosmetics, etc... You guys Rock riteaid Gloucester, MA.
