“I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

“This post is in response to Rahina Dean's post. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Harbro Auto. It's a great place to purchase a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced. I know the lobby is not that big and the sitting area in the lobby is mostly used for customers waiting for their vehicle to get done in the service department. If you went into Harbro and just sat down in the chairs in the lobby, you may have been mistaken for a service customer waiting for their car. Typically when customers come in for the sales department they go to the front desk and check in, so that the sales department knows there is a customer waiting to be helped. I would recomend you give Harbro a second chance, but this time check in with the front desk. This will insure your not mistaken as a service customer.”

Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it. “I have always been screwed over by mechanics.. I'm a back yard mechanic myself but sometimes i hit a wall and need a real mechanic with real tools to do the job right. I found out about these guys through a recommendation by napa right nearby. These guys are great, very personable, very very trustworthy, will always tell you what they'd like to do to your car but also give you other options of what you could do to save money, will do anything they can to save you money, even if it's putting in a part that you bought online or something. They're great. Small shop, 3 car bay steel building with no office, you walk in and shake their hands and tell them what you need. They always have openings either that day or the next day. I will never go anywhere else, even if i move.”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”
