“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.

“Matt and team did a phenomenal job on my 2023 QX80! The previous owner did not take care of the car the same way I would have and it had a lot of paint issues. After talking to Matt, I knew he would be able to be able to bring out the best in the paint and have the vehicle looking amazing - and he delivered! Matt communicated throughout the process. The fact he offers a loaner vehicle, that is not a typical loaner vehicle but makes you feel valued, is what puts his business over the top! The shop, and the cleanliness, the guys working, and ability to see the work being done and how much care goes into it, is not something I found anywhere else. He builds trust in his clients.

“Andrew ands his team did an UNBELIEVABLE job fixing my car. Not an easy car to fix it's a 2019 BMW M5 Competition! The other insurance was trying to use aftermarket parts and Andrew went back and forth and fought for me because he knew this was not the right thing to do even though I would've never known. They all kept me in the loop from start to finish and even helped with the issue the other insurance was giving me for aa loaner and what I would be given for a vehicle. The car came out fabulous and stands out now. They also tinted the windows and installed some accessories. Their attention to detail is excellent.

“I have these guys on a rotating schedule for both my SUVs. They are incredibly flexible, deliver a great product and the price point is great. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”
“I have always been screwed over by mechanics.. I'm a back yard mechanic myself but sometimes i hit a wall and need a real mechanic with real tools to do the job right. I found out about these guys through a recommendation by napa right nearby. These guys are great, very personable, very very trustworthy, will always tell you what they'd like to do to your car but also give you other options of what you could do to save money, will do anything they can to save you money, even if it's putting in a part that you bought online or something. They're great. Small shop, 3 car bay steel building with no office, you walk in and shake their hands and tell them what you need. They always have openings either that day or the next day. I will never go anywhere else, even if i move.”

“JVs has always done a great job for me, they’ve Tinted aall my work truck vehicles windows very well it always guaranteed there work. Very happy with their service but lately they’re not open and I can’t understand why. Voicemail is full and the shop is closed on Grafton Street. Don’t know what happened. They’ve been closed for about a month now July and August 2025. Hope they open back up I need more work to be done from them”
