“I just had my 24 foot pontoon boat detailed by V&C and I could not be more pleased with their services! They are total professionals from start to finish. They returned every phone call, showed up exactly when promised, did a great job, and when finished they left the place spotless. I’m going to have them back to detail my car in the fall!
Update: As planned I had my RAV 4 detailed in the fall and my 2000 BMW Z3 detailed in November before I put it away for the winter season. Both vehicles look and smelled new after detailing. Even the 25 year old Z3 looked like it had just been driven off the showroom floor. Equally important to me is the excellent customer service Moises provides, especially the pick-up and drop-off option. I am already scheduling a date for V and C to prepare my pontoon boat for the summer season (which can’t come soon enough).”

“The guys that work at the Shrewsbury location are great guys but your car wash ……I have a little dirt behind each one of the wheels of my car and I’ve been through your car wash 6 times tipping the attendants each time but the dirt is still on my car
I pay 50 bucks a month to have a CLEAN car and I shouldn’t have to tip the attendants to get them to spray down the whole car ! And they should bend over and spray the dirt from behind my tires and shouldn’t one of the brushes actually touch that part of my car ?

“I have these guys on a rotating schedule for both my SUVs. They are incredibly flexible, deliver a great product and the price point is great. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.”

This was the furst detailing I ever had done My car smells great.. not overpowering or perfume like.. just real clean and fresh and the entire interior seats dash board rugs trunk all were immaculate. “"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”
“Is a good car wash, but they need to clean it better, in the floor near the vacuum are a lot of screws. The last time I washed and vacuumed my car, I had a flat tire.I saw few screws again.”
“Been a customer of golden nozzle for years… I go to numerous locations all over the state of Massachusetts. The West Boylston location the service is a plus. They thoroughly pre-soaked the car and basically washed it before they even sent me through the tunnel. The manager, Will is very friendly.”

I came on a Sunday and did not see an attendant; but service is self-evident (several levels to choose from on menu) and simple. Got the basic wash to get bird droppings and tree sap off my car — The machine did a good job on both.”

“Self serve dog wash is amazing! Wash, rinse, dry all on a raised platform so no back pain from bending over in the tub at home. And it's easier to rinse the platform clean there than to clean a tub! The water and dryer are both warm. No freezing or scalding temps. Our dog didn't mind a bath this time!”
