The manager here always goes above and beyond. One of my favorite CVS locations!

Went to go pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and a girl came up clearly not wanting to help me. I had a couple other items I wanted to purchase while getting my prescription but the girl cashing me out was so inconsiderate and rude. While she was scanning my medicine, she told me they’re closing and I needed to purchase the rest of my items up front. It was 4pm and I know for a fact it’s completely okay to checkout a few extra items at the pharmacy if you’re getting a prescription at the same time. Anyways, her attitude towards me just got me so angry and annoyed that I had to go wait in line once again up front. Then as I’m checking out in the front, I see the pharm girl running out of the store almost running into another customer and she even ignored the other employees saying goodbye to her. Some employee they hired…

It makes me sad because I have been going to this pharmacy since I was a child. Now an adult I have my whole family there but not after this last visit. I have been pushing it off because I really didn't want to transfer everything, but the rudeness is awful. I'm convinced 90% of the staff hates their job and everyone who walks in. If you have questions they are annoyed and can't be bothered to to help. I know everyone is struggling to get by and has their bad days but it's like that every time you go in. I am there multiple times a month and it's the same. So if you need meds please find a place that cares and will not make you feel horrible if you have a question. To the 3 or 4 people on the staff that genuinely try to be kind, thank you!

I never leave reviews but just had the absolute worst guest experience at the drive thru pharmacy. Since I have 2 young sick kids I drove through the drive thru to pick up more children’s motrin (there’s a sign right next to the window saying you can pick it up at the drive thru for your convenience). The woman that helped me was clearly annoyed I was doing that and basically threw the motrin at me to get me out of her way. She was a miserable human.

The location is convenient when they actually have medications in stock. This location does a poor job of keeping inventory of prescription medications, even when the scripts are on hand and routinely refilled. They have been backordered for months on family prescriptions and then comes the scramble to contact dr offices myself to have the scripts transferred to other pharmcies.

I don’t see her as much as I used to but there is one girl that always made my visits better. I forgot her name but she has an alternative look some may say emo I think. It’s always a five star when she’s there but recently she hasn’t. Might go to another store

My family and I are visiting Grafton from out of state. My son was running out of his prescription. We called CVS and the pharmacist really went the extra mile to make sure my son had his prescription on time. We are very grateful!

If I could give no stars at all, then I would. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a prescription that should have been ready for pick up. There’s also multiple people who constantly hang up on you when you try to call and ask them questions. The people working here need to be more empathetic towards the patients who come to their facility to get their medication’s filled. They need to understand that the patients are already going through health issues. And they don’t need any attitude from the people working at this location to add to their misery.

I've never had a good experience at the pharmacy here. Today I left for work at 530am. At 4pm I called the pharmacy and they told me my medicine would be ready in an hour so 5pm. On my way home from work I stopped in to get my medicine. It was 8pm. The guy behind the counter looked me right on the eyes and told me it's not ready and they're "working on it". Nobody was working on anything except trading stories. I could see them not working on it. Whoever the girl is that works there apparently has no idea that she's not at a party with her friends because she was swearing up a storm. It wasn't even a good story. The entire town of Grafton residents hates this place and now I know why.

They treat customers like criminals by putting essential items behind the counter where they rarely have a cashier working

Customer service in the pharmacy is unacceptable so poor the same day I sent my scripts to be filled elsewhere. Rude and unprofessional don’t even come close.

A prescription refill was submitted for my neurodivergent child on 1/9. I called 6x to no avail and was put on hold for 58 minutes and then hung up on. I finally got through to cvs and was told the medication is on back order and that I should ask the doctor for something else. I then insisted that they submit a formal request to the doctor 1/23 no request was submitted. I asked doctor to submit a different medication and she did. On 1/28 I called to check prescription cost and was told it was too early and it can’t be picked up until 2/9. I told the pharmacist that this was an error and explained everything above, then I was put on hold for 7 minutes. The pharmacist said it needs a prior auth & I need to call doctor- I then asked him to also reach out to the doctor l- he responded “if you need it that quickly I suggest you reach out to the doctor yourself”. I then got very frustrated with his condescending tone and told him that this was unacceptable. I did say I would be contacting an attorney and the better business bureau so which the pharmacist responded “good luck with that”. My son is neurodivergent and needs his medicine to manage every day life. This pharmacy is both disgusting and unprofessional.

Please tell me why you have a sign/check- in with - get all the way through it- to be told ‘we are appointment only’. Two people on duty. Two exam rooms. Neither could do a strep test. You get a zero. Again.
