I came to do to the sticker on the car and after he didn’t do anything to the car and the car is 2020 and the car is still not going 40,000 miles he was cussing a lot and not respectful i think he’s the manger and i think no one should come to him i wish he reads this comment and becomes a good buy

I've had work done here and have had to use the air station. The fuel attendants are always courteous and friendly.

I went there for an inspection sticker. The old guy with the gray beard had a bad attitude and the girl behind the counter was not too friendly. They were a major turn off so I won't be back there even for an inspection.

It's the worst feeling to experience when you've been warned about a place, then you go to get service thinking it can't be worse than 10 or 20% more expensive than reasonable and honest businesses. To my surprise I was shocked to be conned when they charged me 200% more.Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service. They had the vehicle for over a week, did not communicate with us as to what was going on (dropped it off for suspension check) . Quoted $300-$400, final bill was just under $800 (which we would have paid, but communication about it is all it would have taken!). Receptionist was RUDE!! When the bill was questioned Mike began SCREAMING and belittling us. Actually said " A guy his age and he doesn't have his own mechanic....he's a LOSER"....the argument was the most heated I have ever seen between A SHOP OWNER AND HIS CUSTOMER!! The only reason it got so hot is because Mike would not admit ANY wrongdoing. All we asked for was an explanation and it nearly went to blows. Save your sanity and go ANYWHERE else!!

It used to be good. The employees don't seem to care about customer service neither offer good mechanical expertise. I took my car in due to a noise; they could not find anything after a short drive, did absolutely nothing, yet I was over charged. Then they want me to sale some tires that I know their price was way over. I am just disappointed this shop in town is not the same as it used to be in service and price.

Mike found an honest mistake on my bill. I never noticed it, but he called me personally to apologize and reimburse me the very next day. I appreciate this very much! It’s an added bonus for me to have a woman in the office! She is very good at explaining car things, something I find more than a little intimidating. Thanks again for providing great customer service!
