The legacy is being carried on by Bob Jr. who has been my go-to mechanic for all my vehicles and has kept my car running for the past 15 years and still going strong! Chris coming into the business has been amazing and he is a true master of his craft like his father and grandfather.

“I started going here 2 years ago. With a couple of older vehicles between my wife and I, we've had more repairs that we would care to admit, but have had an overall positive experience.
Pros - They have a front desk and the woman who usually staffs it is helpful and very knowledgeable, they take appointments and generally can take you within a day or two if you're willing to give them the car for the day, they're transparent about pricing, and the mechanic usually calls to discuss any work and the estimate before proceeding. We've had no surprise charges or unwanted work done. They also do inspections. We also had a repair issue that needed to be repeated and they honored the warranty for the very expensive part with no questions. Overall they're very communicative and transparent.
Cons - Sometimes they require a deposit for a part. They usually close right at 5pm and are closed on weekends.
We'll continue to go back and have been pretty happy and satisfied to date.”

Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to John at Jiffy Lube for the amazing service he gave me today. My car had a terrible urine smell, and we discovered that mice had made a nest in my cabin air filter. It turned out to be a much harder job than expected because it was difficult to open and access, but John went above and beyond to help me.
Even though it was challenging, he stayed patient, professional, and did everything with a smile. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care and take the time to help the way he did.
