“The inspection experience was great here, service tech said 10 minutes and 10 minutes it was. The environment is clean and organized, great professionalism all around. I had the intention of getting more work done here, considering others' reviews and the work I saw them doing for others. Everyone in the work environment seemed polite and grateful to their customers, besides Mike the owner. I would have come back for a bigger job on my vehicle and would have most likely given that extra star for a five star review. However, I was mistreated by one person. His name was Mike, and I believe he's the owner. I was nothing, but polite and professional, being talked to as if I was lesser than or something like that. Although, the big guy there is super kind and the gentleman who did my inspection, thank you for your customer service.”

“I developed transmission problems with my ford explorer and was recommended to Graveson Transmission and I'm glad I did. The service was excellent and diagnosed the problem right away. I was impressed with Jayson's attention to detail. He was honest and up front with my options and repair costs. My Explorer runs better than new. Although no one likes to dish out money for a replacement transmission, I felt the money was well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone with any transmission problems.”
