Awesome, Friendly, Professional, Courteous.Those are the only words I can think of to describe all the employees at Savers Bank.Every time I've been in there it has been a pleasure no matter who you deal with. It's awesome to deal with a local bank compared to a big national bank where you are just a number. These people treat you like a person always whether you have alot of money in their bank or a little. It's great doing business there. I highly recommend Savers Bank.

I wanted to set up an account. Phoned ahead to make sure there was availability, which the person said there was. When I went there, I waited about 1/2 hour, while the manager dealt with just one person. There were 3-4 other people in line in front of me to talk to manager, I just didn't have the time to wait 2 hours to set up an account. If they do not have the infrastructure to set up accounts (i.e. treat you well BEFORE they get your money), then I can't imagine how they would treat actual members (after they get your money).

With the Coronavirus, I understand needing to use the drive up. They have 2 lanes. 1 marked ATM & 1 marked DRIVE UP. I wait behind another car at the DRIVE UP. I speak to the teller (simple check cash). Someone else goes up in the ATM lane but they help her before me at that window. They must have said something to her because she turned around & waved to me. Sorry, but my boyfriend has had an account with them for 40 years & I was cashing HIS check. You just don't make people wait & then talk about other customers. It was Just. Plain. Rude. This is why I won't bank with them.

Great bank! We have a memorial account, personal account and two business accounts with them. They are what a bank should be. You don't feel like a number and they take a genuine interest in their members.
