“Was a really fun place to walk through, bigger on the inside than outside. I'm not an antique person, but has so much more that just antiques, a fun collection of all kinds. Great stuff, and a fun place to use for decorating ideas and nick nacks. If you're anywhere near and looking for a couple moments of fun, can be a good stop.”

“Cool, funky little spot. Kinda chaotic inside, but not in a bad way. Wide variety of genres and a nice mix of new and used/vintage records. Tapes, CDs, and lots of other memorabilia if you're into that, too. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy crate digging”

“The Crompton Collective is the most quaint and eclectic little spot tucked away in the Canal district. The shop is filled from wall to wall with vintages, antiques, and handmade goods, and there's something for everyone. There's always something new to discover there!”

“Great boutique for consigned designer items—always in excellent condition, at a fraction of the cost! The store is lovely and welcoming, with really helpful staff. I only wish the space was bigger (it can be tricky to browse when it’s busy, although the store is well organized.) Make sure to also follow Sweet Jane’s on Instagram to see new items and be in the know about sales!!”

“Unlike some, Bryan has bundled & bartered with me. Yes, one or some of his vendors working the floor may be in menopausal mode from time and is most likely disgruntled if passing by their particular booth but they don't run the show so now biggie! Great place to pop in and treasure hunt. Prices MAY be negotiable I guess my advice on that one is ask the big buy he won't bite! Lol”

“Not that many thrift stores in the area, but Salvation Army has a good reputation for helping others and I dont mind shopping there. During COVID, they ask that you wear a mask. The parking is a bit odd, but there is plenty of it. Walk up the stairs of the brick building and you will face a very long room that seems to go 250 ft maybe. Lots of furniture and shoes/bags right when you walk in. There is a room off the side for cds, housewares and electronics. I think the prices are good/fair for the housewares. The bulk of the building is dedicated to womens and children's clothes. There is one corner for toys, but it is a smaller collection. The men's clothes are in the back and is about half the size, but there is plenty of clothes to be found. I am not from the area, but the prices seem high for the clothes. I bought a t-shirt for $3.99. I personally thought it should be .75 to a dollar. It appears that many of the clothes are priced similar and it is still cheaper than Savers or any department store by far. The check out cashiers are very nice but they take a while. I was probably in line for 5 minutes. I didnt mind waiting though since they were friendly.”

“Michael from Junk Trunk was amazing in helping me pull this together from halfway across the country. They were punctual, polite and it was all handled via telephone. Thank you so much and you saved the day...?”

“The owner Susan is lovely, helpful and friendly. This is a beautiful boutique consignment shop. Dropped off clothes at my appointment and left with a couple good finds for myself.”

“Love this store. Have been shopping here since they've been open. I read a couple of reviews and want to clarify...this is not a consignment store, it is a used clothing store. They take donations only and their prices, and staff, are great! What they don't sell they donate to different charities every month. Help support your local small business.”

“Amazing customer service. One if the women spent at least a half hour with me trying to help me find a dress for my Grandfathers funeral. She was so kind and so helpful. At one point she even went into the back room to look for more options and she ended up finding the most perfect dress for the occasion. Definitely shop at this lovely store, you will not be disappointed.”

“I was having a tough day, needed to take up some time waiting for something, and also needed some sweaters, so I looked up the closest thrift shop to where I was, as I’m not from Worcester, and Grime was first on the list. Molly, the owner greeted me with a smile, and I asked for her help finding some warmer clothes, as I’m traveling. She was SUPER helpful giving me feedback on things I tried on, and our conversation helped me take my mind off of things. This store is not only one of the coolest stores I’ve ever been in, they have a FANTASTIC selection, fair prices, and Molly, the owner is a wonderful human. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll for sure come back. THANK YOU!!”

“Great place to sell and buy used children's clothing sizes nb to 14. I go here often especially for sweaters, pants, jeans, dress shoes, ballet shoes, winter jackets, and raincoats. I recommend following them on fb to see any sales going on and if they are open in bad weather. I have sold many items here and bought many items here over the years. The store is much bigger than what it used to be a long time ago. The bigger store is even better and has more clothes than when the store was little.”
