Outstanding Service!
I received such warm and thoughtful support this afternoon from one of the staff members. She had a genuinely kind heart and took the time to assist me with so much patience and care. I truly appreciated her help and feeling very thankful.

I tried to send an international package, and they told me that I had to put everything in English, when the country I needed to send it to speaks Spanish, I told them that it was the first time that had happened to me and, I had already sent packages without a problem. I find this in Google...
The country name should be in English - so that your local postal service knows which country to send it to. The rest of the address should be in the language of the country the letter is being sent to.

Had a package I was rushing to get out on time. I made it to the post office at 4:57 and they had already turned their lights off and locked their door when they're supposed to be open until 5. Saw one of the employees getting in their car to leave before it was even 5 PM. Very disappointing.

They ruined a hand full of very expensive wedding invitations and sent them to family friends even back to my home in these over sized "we care" postal packaging... If you really cared then what the heck happened?! Some of these we're ripped to shreds!! I'm livid

I rarely know what I'm doing at the post office. Thankfully the North Grafton post office has helpful employees and are always willing to give me advice (and some patience!) Shoutout to Mark who always helps me through the process.

Crappy hours even for the USPS, unfriendly, passive aggressive employees. Smile a little, you're being paid $70k a year from our taxes to sort letters and work a cash register.

I have never had a complaint with any post office before, but I am very disappointed with this one. I have never had such bad delivery service from any other post office as I have with this one. I get other people's mail, other people get mine. I have had to pay bills over my phone because who knows where my bills went. Other people are probably seeing personal information of mine that they should not be seeing. I ordered things online and was told they were delivered, but I never got them. So there are companies that lost money because they had to resend me the items I paid for because the post office delivered them to the wrong address. Now I have to lose time from work to go to the post office to pick up a package because they left a notice saying it was going to be sent back to the sender. I filled out the card and left it taped to my door but no one ever came back to get it and leave my package. Instead they left a final notice in my mailbox. What good is it to fill out the cards they leave if they ignore them. I'm very upset with this post office.
