The owners are incredibly pleasant and the employees are always looking for ways to make you feel welcome. In their store you will find all kinds of products for barn animal care and a welcoming disposition every single time.”

“In the beginning Smithland had everything imaginable, now, ugh, not so much. I never thought I'd say this.... considering Smithland had low prices, but they've continued to increase their prices astronomically, A.W.Browns is now my go to place! Sorry Smithland, reduce your prices by 30 percent and restock everything you used to carry and I'd consider returning, until then, have a nice bankruptcy!”

“Found this dog bakery online and they were wonderful! I ordered my golden doodle a bone shaped cake that was flavored with chicken and yogurt frosting and she loved it! The owner was friendly and very helpful when ordering. They also have dog items that they sell. I purchased a scarf and dog toy. I will definitely be visiting here again.”

“You would never know it was there if didn't look. A warehouse in the industrial section of south Hadley houses one of the most interesting dog supply shops. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Of course it's dog friendly. It's not a typical "store". There are isles with bins of products to choose from from treats, to toys, leashes to dog tents. Training books to tennis balls. All reasonable priced. It's a well kept secret that every dog owner in the area should know about. I highly recommend them.”

“PetSmart in Hadley, MA is amazing from training to grooming. My Afghan Hound, Lord Zylan, has made leaps and bounds training with Ashley, from learning commands (sit, stay, leave it, focus) to easing his distraction tendencies around people/animals. The staff is accommodating and friendly while I'm in training a few times a week. Thank you for being so supportive of Lord Zylan- and the grooming team (Patrick and Amanda and all I didn't mention) taking care to make sure my Z looks/ feels amazing. We appreciate you allowing us to frequent your store.”

The quality of the employees who trim and bathe the animals are excellent! They always have a positive attitude and greet the animals. Pico and Sky already have a routine and knowledge of the place.”

“I normally go to PetSmart Chicopee , but Sunday I had to work at the mall & I figured why not stop at petco!? I showed up 15 minutes before the store was closed , kiara was at the register & was willing to help me find things for my puppy! She came over helped me find my items , price matched everything she could & signed me up for the rewards program ❤️ Jose was upfront helping her check me out and get everything together. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store , never mind a pet store that was about to close ! Thank you Kiara and Jose for being amazing”
