I arrive at 5pm rushing and fearing I’ll miss the pharmacy which closes then. I need meds for Lyme. I apologize for being late at 5:01 and the woman behind the desk says you’ll have to come back tomorrow - not even sorry you’ll have to come back. I said I got here before you closed and pleaded saying I’ll get symptoms again tonight. She walked away.

Cannot get things right. Every month there are multiple reminders needed. Then when trying to discuss things they are extremely unhelpful.

I want to preface this by saying I have no issue showing my ID for order pickups if that's what is required, however CVS app states they only need the order number in the confirmation email for pickups. Every time I pick up an order they give me a hard time, even with my ID! And how is it that I need my ID to pick up my order of shampoo, but I can send anyone I want to pick up my controlled substance medications as long as they know my name and birthday and show their personal ID? Yet I was given a hard time because my middle name wasn't on the order for soap. Make it make sense.

The people that work there were not helpful at all. The store is very small, which is not their fault. I wanted oregano oil supplements. It said online that they had them. When I asked, they looked like I was asking for crack. Then I asked if they had essential oils. Again, they looked at me like I was bothering them. Lastly, when I was walking out, another worker was walking down that very thin aisles. I was walking with my grandson and she didn’t move. I had to move over for her. I thought the customer was the one that you moved over for.

Just like any other CVS; a waste of time to send scripts to. The female technician and female pharmacist today were incompetent/uneducated. Also rude. Don’t bother. Send your scripts elsewhere!

The employees at this store and pharmacy are outrageously rude and unprofessional. I have never had a positive experience and am always disappointed.

I was trying to buy basic necessities while waiting for a ride with my friend and the manager (we think) came up to us and started pushing us towards the door and wouldn't tell us why until we got to the door. We refused because we did nothing wrong and then she threated to call the police on us. Terrible customer service, rude employees, and overall bad experience.

Workers here are rude. There is no bathroom to use when you are waiting for your prescriptions. Not helpful at all. I have used CVS for years in other states where I lived. I will be going to a new pharmacy now...

CVS is HORRIBLE i went with my friends and we were in there for five minutes and some one kicked us out and it was pouring rain and the don’t close till 8:00 and it was6:30

Phoned this afternoon to inquire about two med prescriptions sent over from my physicians office to this CVS Great Barrington, Mass location. Was told that one was out of stock, but should be back in stock in 2 to 3 days. I asked the pharmacist if they had let the doctors office know this to see if an alternative med would work, she said that’s not their policy, which of course makes no sense. Why couldn’t they just electronically send back the out of stock information to the physicians office? When i questioned this policy further and asked the pharmacist for her name, she hung up on me!

Trying to get cough medicine for five days. They gave it to me incorrectly can’t refill it don’t have in stock the alternatives that my doctor ordered. This pharmacy is the very worst always long lines.

My in-person experience was top notch today. Specifically in the pharmacy, staff member Morgan was giving exceptional customer service. I observed her helping a couple who did not speak English find the correct medication on the shelves for their young son. Then she efficiently took care of my prescription concerns. Friendly and knowledgable, it was a pleasure to interact with her.
