The prices are getting ridiculous. They're trying to compete with Ebay and Etsy and charge $30+ for one item.

This is the best Goodwill in the region! Big and roomy store with wonderful items neatly arranged and the staff is super friendly. I know I'll always find a treasure there!

Such great staff at this store! The woman who checked us out with so kind, sweet, and professional. Selection was varied and we were able to leave with two high end leather bags. You know what you'll find here and it's worth a visit!

This used to be the best Goodwill. It’s really changed though; the floors are filthy on a regular basis. The clothes themselves are often dirty too, and the book section is really disorganized. Many of the books are stained with food or dirt/dust. It’s a shame

The unfettered audacity and arrogance of charging $3 for trashed DVDs and CDs is amazing. This pace is decimated and has a pretty terrible selection, and many barren shelves. Sale pricing is confusing and poorly-placed. How is someone supposed to see your sale sign when it's on the front counter, behind people checking out? You're not supposed to provide this information on the way out, but on the way IN. And to limit certain tags to only certain kinds of items in nebulous categories? It's not worth the mental math to try to figure out how you're going to get boned here. It's not worth the trip, at least until they come down to the level of an actual Goodwill and stop acting like some kind of haunted, empty boutique. We've tried this location at least three times over 5 years, and every time, it gets worse. Never again.
