“Talk about going above and beyond! I highly recommend this location. Nitesh helped me navigate a difficult phone transfer from another carrier to Verizon. Despite the attempts of multiple customer service representatives, I am convinced that without Nitesh’s knowledge and persistence, the transfer could not have happened. He was extremely patient throughout the nearly 2 hour ordeal. He multi-tasked and even managed to find ways for my husband and I to save on our bill and upgrade phones while on hold with customer service. This store was nearly an hour from my home, but my time there was worth every minute of the drive. I will only deal with Nitesh and employees of this location for all of my future phone needs.”
