“I bought a DeWalt skillsaw from this carr hardware back at the beginning of the summer, but then didn't use it for a few months and when I did, I found out that my fence was faulty and it was cutting everything slightly askew. It had been more than 90 days and I didn't have the receipt, but as a rewards member, they effortlessly looked me up, found my receipt and swapped out the unit for a functional one, with no fuss. Something I assumed would be an absolute nightmare hassle and mess to deal with, was made so easy and efficient for me, that I could never recommend these people enough. 10/10 best customer service ever.”

Not only did he recognize the paint and that had been discontinued he quickly gave me the correct colors and had me on my way total time spent inside 5 minutes!
