“I bought a DeWalt skillsaw from this carr hardware back at the beginning of the summer, but then didn't use it for a few months and when I did, I found out that my fence was faulty and it was cutting everything slightly askew. It had been more than 90 days and I didn't have the receipt, but as a rewards member, they effortlessly looked me up, found my receipt and swapped out the unit for a functional one, with no fuss. Something I assumed would be an absolute nightmare hassle and mess to deal with, was made so easy and efficient for me, that I could never recommend these people enough. 10/10 best customer service ever.”

“I had Hunter Douglas blinds installed a few years ago from Caligari's. I was impressed with the sales person who helped me pick out the blind that fit my particular needs. When the blinds arrive Ryan came to install them and he couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The blinds look gorgeous! My grandchildren were visiting this pasted weekend and, unfortunately, broke one of the blinds. I call Caligari's thinking I would have to purchase a new blind but they informed me that it might be able to be repaired. I scheduled a service call and it was Ryan who came again; I was so glad. He was able to fix the blind right away! For just the cost of a service call the blind is working again! He let me know that he isn't always able to fix blinds on site sometime they need to be sent out for repair, but if he can fix them, he does. So nice! The blinds are pricy but, in my option, worth every penny. Beth P.”
